Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX a purchase of {$1000.00} AND withdrawals of {$480.00} and {$470.00} were done. On XX/XX/XXXX two withdrawals of {$470.00} and {$240.00} were done. This is all fraudulent activity. These occurred in locations I did not visit or go. My card was always in my possession but bank states the chip was used and its impossible to clone. This has been proven false on multiple occasions. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX helped an individual in California who encountered the same problem and chase would not believe them.

Consumer Complaint: In the last week, I attempted to log into my Chase account and pay one of my credit card bills. In an attempt to do so, I was faced with two new disclosures. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX agreement. Not only did I actually try to read the ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FOUR PAGES, but I was then timed out when on page 11. I refuse, with good conscious to blindly accept such a massive document and being timed out after 10 minutes. As a consumer, who in their right mind would blindly agree to terms that they can even read in its entirety. This is misleading, bullying, and truthfully unlawful. I am not able to access any of my accounts without just shrugging it off and accepting- which I am assuming millions are actually doing. I refuse to do so and fall at risk of being late with a payment. That's not okay... I have impeccable credit, but I also like to be an informed citizen who is entitled not only to my money, but understand the scope of a legal binding agreement without distrust in the institution.

Consumer Complaint: I booked a flight on Southwest Airlines and they had a promotion- {$200.00} statement credit for new card accounts after spending {$500.00} in the first 3 months. I was a new card applicant, I spent {$1000.00} on eligible purchases in the first month, but received no statement credit. When I called Chase the credit partner for the Southwest Rapid Rewards Card I was told I wasn't eligible for those benefits. When I asked why they could not give me the advertised promotion / benefits even though I met all criteria they said it was based on how I applied. I applied on XXXX when booking the flight, which is where I saw the advertisement.

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage was transferred from XXXX XXXX to Chase effective XX/XX/XXXX. When the transfer was complete on XX/XX/XXXX, I was able to sign in to the Chase App and use Chase.com to view my balance, escrow, and principal. I was even able to set up a checking account to make payments from. However, when I was signing in to set up my payments for XXXX, I was presented with two agreements I was required to accept before using the Chase App or Chase.com to pay my mortgage. The first was the Online and Mobile E-Sign Disclosure and Consent Agreement. I had no problem reading and agreeing to the terms there as it was a routine electronic communication agreement, and 10 pages long. My issue is with the Digital Services Agreement. It is a 124-page document containing terms and conditions including holding JP Morgan Chase blameless for any interruption of service, agreeing to no warranties ( express, implied, statutory ), and an agreement to settle any dispute with binding arbitration. I was not consulted regarding the sale of my mortgage. I was not asked to consent to the sale of my mortgage to JP Morgan Chase. I do not accept there terms being forced on me in order to pay my mortgage. JP Morgan Chase has employed bait-and-switch tricks to force me to agree to a set of terms and conditions I was not presented with during the transfer of my mortgage. This appears to be a legal maneuver rather than good underwriting.

Issue: Problem with a purchase shown on your statement
Subissue: Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Consumer Complaint: Long time ago I would made a lot disputes with my credit card. Chase Bank employee who was female years ago made a verbal threat that my account would be closed because the amount disputes I made. Since then I had noticed chase bank has been aggressive with me when filling dispute in which they force you on not disputing by stating you have no " dispute rights. '' I had multiple times called and always obtained the same answer that wouldn't dispute against the merchant. Today I reached out chase to dispute about a chain that became discolored and food that wrong given to me. The first agent was attempting to proceed it but the system made her reach the dispute department for both. Again I knew they were going to say no so I was transferred to disputed department. At first the employee accepted to dispute the first item which was the gold chain which I didn't contact the customer who is in different country. Meanwhile for the food she wouldn't the dispute because " charge was valid. '' In other words I stated you can go to home Depot and buy a washer machine and it's broken and you can't get your money back. She didn't like my response. I confronted that the first colleague was going to dispute but your not doing so and she stated well I have training. I asked what training did you receive that she didn't? I asked what department is this and is like a high risk department? She didn't like the fact I was asking questions and made sarcastic remarks. I asked for documentation for the banks policy on regulation e for dispute and was told to XXXX it. At the end of the conversation she didn't dispute the gold chain while contradicting herself when she said yes at first. She then shuts the phone on my face which was not professional on behalf of chase bank.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter dated XX/XX/23 that two of my Chase credit cards are being closed for unexpected activity. Upon receiving this letter I called Chase immediately to try to understand why this is happening but they refused to disclose anything to me. At this point, I am left clueless and afraid about whether they intend to close my chase bank account or whether this will affect me or my family in any way. All Im asking is for a legitimate reason and I am not entitled to XXXX. This is a deliberate abuse of their power as a financial institution. They accuse, prosecute, and condemn without any recourse or transparency. If you could help in any way, it would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Upon opening my Chase Mobile banking app. Just below my banking account balances. There is a section that explicitly states " you are already approved! '' And then lists multiple options to me. A finance auto loan for XXXX A Chase Sapphire Preferred card with a XXXX limit. I opted to apply for the Chase Sapphire preferred card and only applied due to the heading stating " you are already approved '' once I applied I was denied the card and the financial service placed a hard inquiry on my credit report. I would not have applied for this card had it not said " you are already approved '' explicitly above. This is unfair and deceptive and has hurt me as a consumer negatively impacting my credit score. I have provided a screenshot of the application. Once I was denied the credit card they removed it from this section but the option is still there for the auto loan. Stating " you're already approved ''
