Consumer Complaint: I never took out any cash advances and on the front of my page it showed XXXX cash advances but on the pages after it showed cash advances, and when I called about it, they tried to say that my payments only go towards my credit card purchases, and its not divvied up for cash advances which is a lie. I kept pointing them out over and over and over again I never pulled out any cash advances the same woman in the same few people in XXXX XXXX and a XXXX lady, my calls were always redirected to. I want criminal charges. I want punitive damages and I want my card wiped clean. For the inconvenience this put me in financial debt right before Covid and during Covid. Theyve been pulling out cash advances since I opened the card. The only thing I did was write XXXX check only XXXX. And my payments shouldve gone towards that. They refused to refund me my money back. Try to give me a deal and make me pay off the usage from other people and its the police, the FBI and the DOJ because they all use second life video game and thats how they steal, peoples credit card information, etc. the shouting technology.

As of today ( XX/XX/23 ), Chase still has a hold on the funds in my account. The following message is displaying in my account online : " We need more time to collect the money from the paying bank so your deposited funds aren't available yet. '' This is 100 % not true. There is no reason why the funds should still be on hold in my bank account when the funds were withdrawn from my wife 's account 2 days ago. If the funds are not in my wife 's bank account and they are not in my bank account... where are the funds???? I need these funds asap.

If I dont fix it now they going to abandon my phone number. If I want to delete that phone number I need a report from the police. He said regarding that phone number is created in XXXX XXXX XXXX so I need to XXXX local police department. Because I dont have their phone. As the result the XXXX representative said he can help me transfer there. By there the policeman ask my passport and said I went into big troubles I need to send them XXXX dollars and XXXX or XXXX weeks later I need to send another XXXX. Before the XXXX, they promised me that they will return those money back to my account. When I trying to contact them they never response me and block me ; I realize that I got XXXX XX/XX/23 I called Chase Bank and report that I got scam from my personal checking account and the Bank help me to filed in a claim. Asking me a lot of question and told me to wait if the money could be refunded or not. On the XX/XX/23 I went in person to the bank they provided me a claim number, the claim phone number, and wire recall number. The XXXX of representatives of Chase told me wait few days to call the number. Today XX/XX/23 I call them in the afternoon regarding my claim. Again they ask me the exactly questions afterward the resolution they give me is that they couldnt give me refunded from XXXX transactions because it through the wire transfer. Later, they ask they are going to the ask that bank, the money I transfer to, for any money were leftover or recover or even both.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased an extra firm mattress at XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, for {$1100.00} + taxes, fees, and delivery ; the mattress has a XXXX warranty for any manufacturing defects as it states on their return policy. I tried to start my refund process yesterday, XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, through their online customer service. I explained in detail that the mattress has a manufacturing issue and it keeps sinking. The representative asked for a picture of the problem. I explained that you can not observe the mattress sinking unless someone is lying down on it. He then responded that as per XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, the damage must be " visible '' for them to accept the return. However, on the purchase receipt on their website, there is no written statement that there has to be " VISIBLE '' damage for the product to be returned ; it ONLY states that there needs to be a manufacturing defect. The mattress was supposed to be EXTRA FIRM and it should not be sinking. In addition, I asked the representative to show me where in the policy it was written that there needs to be " visible damage '' and he said there was NOTHING that he can show me stating that there needs to be " visible damage '' but that it was company policy and there was nothing else that he could do. I tried to file a dispute online through my bank but it doesn't give me the option to report a problem maybe because it's from last year. The bottom line, the main problem here is that they are alleging that the policy states that the issue with the product must be visible. Ive attached a copy of the receipt which includes the policy, you can see that there is no mention of visible damage. Lastly, the manufacturer issue is UNBEARABLE.

Consumer Complaint: Booked {$130.00} for hotel XX/XX/XXXX for one night stay in XXXX, XXXX via XXXX. Upon checkin late night on XX/XX/XXXX, we came to discover the hotel was ambushed by rioting gangs who were harassing lobby guests through the windows. Hotel stated this was the XXXX night of riots and never notified, cancelled or rebooked to another hotel or facility. Upon arrival, the front door was kept locked and toweled at the bottom to prevent tear gas from coming, albeit unsuccessfully. Smoke was omnipresent in hallways and rooms, including our room. Leaving the hotel amidst riots was not a viable option. We asked the receptionist to turn the AC on so that we can vent some of the smell out : he told us he didn't know how to turn on the AC. Around XXXX XXXX in the morning, the fire alarm came on due to excessive smoke. All guests were evacuated down to the lobby. Fire alarm was deactivated without calling the fire department or checking the area of the hotel that triggered the fire alarm. If an actual fire happened later, we would have been burnt alive in our sleep, because the alarm system was kept off for the rest of the night. Hotel clearly chose revenue over safety during the week of the riots, and knowingly kept accepting reservations inside its toxic smoke-filled rooms. The following morning, the manager was sympathetic but relentless in giving up not even a penny of refund back.
