Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I logged into my account and saw that someone took out {$800.00} from my Chase bank account. Once, I noticed that someone had taken {$800.00} dollars from my account I immediately locked my account and called Chase. I've been dealing with Chase for almost a couple of weeks for them to give me my money back, but Chase doesn't want to give me my money back. Chase claims that I took out the money but I did not even receive a text or an alert when someone took out the money from my bank account. I've been asking Chase to review the camera footage and see who took it but they don't want to. I need something done because it is unfair that Chase doesn't want to give me back my money after someone stole my card and took out the money from my account.

Consumer Complaint: Hello my name is XXXX XXXX. My ex-wife opened an XXXX JPMORGAN CHASE credit card in my name. JPMC was issued a subpoena from my lawyer to release the application that was made out in my name. They refused in previous attempts to give me the application per my request so I had to hire a lawyer to subpoena the application which I assume I have every right to the this application since they claim is in my name. I have never had any of these cards in my possesion. Once I received the the application from the subpoena from my lawyer I noticed that it was in my name but with an e-mail and phone number that was not mine. I have never authorized this credit card in my name. I have called JPMC numerous times and they say we have done our investigation but will not tell me anymore. I would like to see what IP address this application came from and JPMC refuses to give it to me even with a subpoena from my lawyer. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX agreed in this same situation that I was not responsible for their card. I can provide any information you need per my lawyer.

They both stole and ran off with my momey when it was clear to them I wouldn't give them any more. I filed a police report with the XXXX XXXX police department for theft on XX/XX/XXXX, the same day. Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2023 I had a {$200.00} unauthorized charged on my chase checking, withdrawal by a ATM. I made a dispute with my bank that same day. They told me the charge would be crediting {$200.00} back into my checking until the investigation is completed. XX/XX/2023 they did a claim reversal atm withdraw in the amount of {$200.00}. Claiming We found that the transaction ( s ) was processed according to the information you provided or was authorized. As a result, we are removing {$200.00} from your account on or after XX/XX/2023 Which is very dishonoring and disappointing because this ATM withdraw was certainly not done by me.

Issue: Opening an account
Subissue: Unable to open an account
Consumer Complaint: In this unfortunate situation, I had to report fraudulent activity on my old account after falling victim to a spoof email scam that compromised my account. Despite notifying the bank about suspicious transactions, the institution neglected to take immediate action, leading to further fraudulent activities. As a result, the bank decided to close the my old account as a precautionary measure to prevent additional financial losses and protect me from further harm. However, this closure has now created new challenges for the me, as I am facing difficulties in opening a new account with the same institution. I am understandably frustrated with the handling of their initial complaint and the subsequent account closure, making the process of seeking resolution and regaining my banking access a frustrating and cumbersome endeavor. To find a resolution, I consider contacting the bank again to discuss their concerns and explore options for opening a new account or alternative banking solutions and they stated that they arent allowed to discuss any options. -Account closure 2020

Consumer Complaint: I purchased an XXXX watch using my Prime Visa issued by Chase on XX/XX/XXXX and the charge immediately appeared on my account. The band was too small at I returned the watch which was received by XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. When tracking on line the company first posted that my account would be credited by the end of the month. This date then moved to XX/XX/XXXX, then the XXXX and when going on line today the date was moved again to the XXXX. In communicating subsequently with XXXX via chat I was then informed that the credit wouldnt post to my account until XX/XX/XXXX. Some entity ( XXXX or Chase ) is playing the float with my money and its outrageous. In this case the $ XXXX wouldnt yield much economic benefit but if they are doing this thousands or even millions of times, significant financial benefit would accrue. In todays modern computer era with virtually instantaneous transactions this should not be allowed.
