THE ORIGINAL DISPUTE CLAIM I FILED WITH CHASE ON XX/XX/23 IS NOT GOING TO BE OPEN SIMPLY BECAUSE XXXX JUST REFUSES TO REOPEN IT.

Issue: Closing an account
Subissue: Company closed your account
Consumer Complaint: Suddenly Chase decided to close my business bank account, without any notice. I always paid my bills on time and had enough money on the account. One day they just decided to close the account. All my recurring income streams were cut off, and no support from Chase. After calling they would send me a cheque. Now 3 months later still no cheque, and they promised it 3 times in between, as I contacted them in between. Zero support.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2024. I received a call at XXXX eastern time from Chase bank regarding fraud activity on my account. They stated there was scheduled wire transfers to occur and I needed to do what they said was a reverse wire transfer. The wire transfers of {$30000.00} and {$5000.00} were initiated. When I hung up, I immediately followed up by calling Chase bank # on my card and asking them what was going on, ( the transactions were pending at that point ) and they said I was involved in fraud and would open a claim. I found out later that they did not call the bank that took my money, did not stop the transfers, and said it was my fault. I have now lost my life savings. I did not authorize the transactions with the real Chase and contacted them right away, Chase did nothing.

Consumer Complaint: I've been trying to remove it for years. They won't prove it. NOw that I'm trying to use my credit to buy a house, car, and get a credit card. During the time when I did have my card, my securities performed but Chase didn't perform. There's no need to be so greedy. They also report my information to early warning services which I NEVER gave them permission ....

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/ I noticed my checking account was overdrawn, which was odd. Called chase bank to report fraudulent charges to my account. Spoke with a rep and found out there were even more fraudulent charges that the bank stopped from being put through. The funds were temporarily placed back into my account and I had a new debit card ordered. On XX/XX/, I noticed my account was overdrawn again. Chase reversed the temporary credit and the {$1200.00} was taken back out of my account. I then called and spoke with another rep that reopened my claim on these charges. I received notification today that they are saying I authorized these charges, which I did not. Ive requested documentation and proof that I made these online orders with XXXX. They stated because I made purchases in the past they are valid. Ive requested the shipping address for these orders, the email address for order confirmations, as well as, the IP address the orderes were purchased from. That can take 10 business days.
