Consumer Complaint: Dear Chase, As a XXXX family, we are disappointed by your recent actions. There have been numerous violations regarding XXXX credits and fraud that you have failed to address in a timely manner. It doesn't seem you claim that a second account linked to our home is associated with us. We will inform the attorney general and other authorities about your discrimination against XXXX credits and your unhelpful response. We have provided all the necessary information, including the police report and XXXX documents, but you have not helped us in any way. Your letter today isn't significant since you have handled our case poorly. We will file another complaint to the FTC and CFPB regarding your refusal to acknowledge and resolve the fraud. We have been victims of the Marriott data breach and the text message scam. Because of your claim to have acknowledged the cease, you still call us daily, which we have saved on our phone. You sent us a letter stating that this account was closed and opened several times. We have received fraud text links that were used to access already opened accounts and hack into them. Although there may have been some changes, I asked you to freeze this account many months ago before I was hospitalized, but you didn't. This account was left vulnerable and repeatedly accessed. It is now beyond the acceptable time to resolve the billing problems, and you are trying to start over, which is unacceptable. This account was linked to the other account associated with our household and was also accessed and managed with fraudulent activity. We would like you to close and resolve this account before the year 's end so everything can be done. We do not want to file complaints ; we want this issue fixed, but we will do so if necessary. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX
