Consumer Complaint: Subject : Formal Complaint Against Chase Card Services for Unjust Credit Limit Reductions To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Chase Card Services for unfair and unjust practices related to the reduction of my credit card limit on account number XXXX. I have been a customer in good standing with Chase for over 5 years and have consistently met my payment obligations in a timely manner. Despite my long-standing positive history, my credit limit has been reduced twice within a short period, without prior notice or reasonable explanation. These actions have had serious, real-world consequences, including a significant negative impact on my credit score, a higher credit utilization ratio, and a tangible hindrance to my financial flexibility. Specific Consequences : 1. Decrease in Credit Score : The credit limit reductions have led to a significant drop in my credit score due to a higher credit utilization ratio. 2. Ineligibility for Mortgage : These changes have rendered me ineligible for a mortgage, forcing my husband to secure the mortgage alone at a higher interest rate, complete with Private Mortgage Insurance ( PMI ). This is despite a combined annual income of {$270000.00} and a clean record of never having been sent to collections. I have contacted Chase Card Services multiple times to inquire about these abrupt changes and to request a reinstatement of my previous credit limit, but have not received a satisfactory resolution. If necessary, I am willing to escalate this issue to arbitration, a process I understand to be costly for the credit card company as well. Under these circumstances, I strongly believe that Chase 's actions violate the terms of fair credit and consumer protection. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, my CHASE checking account was restricted and I was told the account was pending closure. On XX/XX/XXXX, the account was officially closed. In the latest statement, the final transaction only showed 'withdrawal ' without any explanation and date or who withdrew it. On XX/XX/XXXX, the branch banker told me that I needed to wait for another week for the check to be issued. On XX/XX/XXXX, the banker of the branch told me that they could no longer mail me the remaining final balance by check because my transaction involved fraud. My friends did not dispute the transaction after asking. On XX/XX/XXXX, the manager of the branch asked me to notify each friend who transferred money to me one by one and asked them to call their own bank and then dispute their transaction. Their bank needs to do a source of report research request. However, the bank 's customer service on the phone told me that my transaction was still under investigation and the funds were still on hold. They didn't know how to deal with it next, but it was almost a month since the whole incident happened.

Consumer Complaint: Half a month ago, my Chase account was blocked. I called customer service and they told me to close my account and never use it. I wanted customer service to inquire about the reason, but they didn't tell me. They only told me that the money in my account would be sent to me in the form of a check in ten days. However, I didn't receive the check and called customer service again to inform me that it wouldn't exceed this week at the latest, but I still haven't received the check, And customer service told me to wait and didn't give me an accurate time! I am very angry because this matter has had an impact on my life, and I need to get back my own money immediately!

Consumer Complaint: I am a former XXXX licensed broker and I was successful for many many years. It's been over XXXX years since I was robbed of EVERYTHING and I'm still homeless. I was in the XXXX XXXX breach of XXXX and I am still in a homeless shelter and completely disenfranchised from this id theft attack I have id theft insurance, it will not pay me ANYTHING let alone my enormous losses. I was in the rental relief program for 3 months. Chase Bank, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, my former clients, all have robbed me and my family in several ways once my Identity theft attack started. Virtually every govt agency I have contacted since this attack on my son and I does not care to compensate me for my losses either. I have contacted everyone I was told to and all dead ends. I have nothing left and barely anyway now to prove any of my losses. I am very tired after XXXX years being ripped from my son and in a shelter with criminals and crazy people for XXXX years. I don't have it in me to explain everything but I will tell you that I will keep writing your office when I have the energy because I want my stuff back and I don't believe anyone needs more of my time to prove anything. Here 's the list of my demands to be made whole and I do not feel obligated to prove why or how I had such wealth. You can figure it out. I want my XXXX ID theft insurance with assurant and chase bank to pay me XXXX XXXX dollars. I want my credit back to XXXX and no debt. I want my fiat abarth back I want my XXXX a month apartment back. I want my drafting company back and all my computers I want my son back most importantly and you will not waste my time explaining why he has been out of my life when we were evicted illegally at XXXX point from our home. I'm not answering anything I'm demanding and I don't care if you deny it I will just keep demanding it as long as I'm suffering and my son is suffering, I will remind your office of how broken your protection is of not only my son but also of the American public. I have a background helping and protecting many people in finance and health. Figure it out, get me whole again and don't dare ask me to work on it. I got a child to raise and explain this all too and how our country is clearly going to XXXX. You try over and over again reliving a horror like this. I will only give you what theives had of mine to take my son 's life from him. My social security name number email and mailing address and the names of the services I had. I worked like a dog for my son to have a good life and enjoy his parents bc I never had that. And what's listed here is what I can stomach to list right now. you'll never know the full extent of my losses or my son 's plight. Just get it done.

Consumer Complaint: I informed Chase bank that in late XX/XX/2023, My debit cards was left at the XXXX XXXX while I was flying out of the state to XXXX, XXXX. I was out of town for a week with my book bag being left at the airport. My bag included my social security card, my pin card, computer, and phone. I believed originally that my bag was left at the airport, but when I returned a week later to the lost and found, I found numerous charges on my personal and business debit cards. I contacted chase multiple times to dispute the issue and open claims. I sent in my flight itinerary multiple times, but Chase has continued to decline my claims without any evidence or further resolution of my dispute even though these charges were done fraudulently. I again did send in my flight itinerary showing that I was not in town at the time of these transactions and it was impossible for me to have me them. Consumer Complaint: About 6 days before our vacation, the hotel contacted me via text to tell me the beach access had been closed suddenly due to construction and the nearest access was a mile away. This reservation was nonrefundable but we were told this policy would be waived because of the circumstances. We booked elsewhere and actually paid more for a different hotel with the access. I contacted the hotel several times via XXXX and they said, in writing, that it was refunded. This never happened. I finally disputed the charge through my Chase credit card. I supplied pictures of all conversations promising the refund and the conversation stating the refund had been issued. After the investigation Chase sided with the hotel because they simply sent a copy of the nonrefundable booking policy. I have many conversations in writing stating this would be refunded by XXXX AND the XXXX XXXX but Chase still sided with them and did not consider all of my evidence.

Consumer Complaint: I sent notice to JPMCB to OPT OUT of credit reporting as the CFPB published an article that stated, credit reporting is optional. I have a right to privacy and my privacy is my constitutional right as established in Griswold v. Connecticut ( 1965 ). The Supreme Court ruled that the right to privacy is a constitutional right. I informed JPMCB that I want to opt out of the sharing of my personal private account and financial information to third parties XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. These corporations are not affiliated with JPMCB. Additionally, when I submitted an application for the above mentioned account, that application was my security collateral which funded this account. The balance is in a positive amount which indicates a credit that is due to my principals account. Thus, this account has been falsely reported as past due. This is defaming my character and causing me and my family tremendous harm. ( account number ending XXXX )
