Consumer Complaint: Im being hacked and stalked by a XXXX XXXX hunting ground. I opened a FBI case in XX/XX/2022, the FBI wont help me. XXXX hacked. My credit card is hacked. My bank account both a previous one at chase was hacked and stolen from and now my current one at a department of XXXX bank is hacked and stolen from. My email and phones and computer are all hacked. When calling the credit card company or bank chase, the hackers transfer me to a hackers call center, so I never can get this issue resolved.

Consumer Complaint: While we were in the process of closing on a home in South Carolina, I received fraudulent wire transfer instructions for sending money to the closing attorney. On XX/XX/XXXX, I wired {$200000.00} for my XXXX account to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX Account SC at JPMorgan Chase Bank. On XX/XX/XXXX, I wired {$250000.00} from my XXXX account to the same account. About two hours after the second wire, it became apparent that this was a fraudulent account. I notified XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX who filed a report with Chase. I also filed a IC3 report with the FBI who also notified Chase that the transaction was fraudulent. We tried to speak with someone at Chase, but they would not speak to us. I have since worked with the XXXX XXXX on this issue and have learned that the two deposits remained in the Chase account for almost one month before the funds were withdrawn. Obviously Chase had able time and opportunity to freeze and return the funds after receiving notification from the FBI, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. While I admit that I " fell for '' the scam, Chase had plenty of opportunity and I feel the responsibility to return the funds since the funds remained available for almost one month before they were withdrawn. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX have also done very little to correct the situation, only contacting Chase once. They have since told me to stop calling them. I feel Chase should return the funds.

After reporting it once and putting a freeze on my credit report- they allowed it to happen again. They are using my maiden name, which I haven't had for twelve years and my credit keeps going down because of the hard pulls.

This is the second fraudulent " hard inquiry '' from JPMCB in less than a month. I called JP Morgan Chase Bank. JPMCB was unable to help me. I attempted to file a dispute with XXXX. I was told by the agent that I have to call the fraud department and that it will not be open until tomorrow. I will call them tomorrow and attempt to report the fraud.

Consumer Complaint: My husband and I are XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX members stationed aborad in western XXXX. On or around XXXX XX/XX/2023, we attended a XXXX concert in XXXX, XXXX. In the next couple weeks, we noticed many fraudulent charges made from a XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX account in XXXX and the XXXX. My husband and I do not use XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX, and we did not make any credit card purchases the night of the concert. We believe our card was cloned or scanned from our pocket/purse. We did not make any of these charges. On XXXX XXXX, I submitted a fraud review with Chase and as of today ( XXXX XXXX ), Chase has claimed we are responsible for these charges because we received " benefits '' for them. I don't want the benefits from the fraudulent charges. Chase never removed them from my account during their investigation. I used them recently to pay down my balance, but I did not charge these fraudulent charges. This is crazy and very distressing. How do we resolve this? It is a very large number of charges.We have never been to XXXX, and while we have been to the XXXX, we haven't been there since June. Please help. This {$10000.00} that we did not charge to our Chase card.
