XXXX XXXX XXXX - {$180.00} XXXX XXXX When I checked my credit, there was a different social that did not belong to me. I also called the bank to JPMCB to notify them my experience and when they went to look for my information it was not on file, they suggested that I called the bereau. When I called them, they helped me out and fix the situation and will take 2-3 days to take the collection off my hard inquiry. As for the other company, they also helped me and disputed it.

Consumer Complaint: CHASE wire transfer of amount XXXX INR ( XXXX USD ) was debited from my account on XX/XX/XXXX as approved by me to be credited to an account in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ( XXXX ). Since XX/XX/XXXX I have been sending messages to the CHASE Research Wire Department of my communication with XXXX and the confirmation that they did not receive any money in any of their accounts from that amount around the time sent. XXXX requested the XXXX document which I requested from CHASE. When I sent XXXX the document they said it was not an XXXX, but simple a receipt that would not help them trace the money. XXXX suggested that the money was held up in the intermediary bank of CHASE. I asked CHASE to confirm if their intermediary bank in Delaware sent the money. Its been 1 month now and CHASE has since stated that there are not receiving response from XXXX or the intermediary bank of theirs on whether the money was sent to XXXX. I have attached all my communications with XXXX managers via secure messsage chat on CHASE portal for proof that XXXX did not get the money, No one from the CHASE wire department will speak to me directly. I also called the escalation team this week and they called me and say is the wire department was vague and said they have not received any response from anyl of the involved banks. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX {$29.00} charges were made to my card due to phishing sites stealing information. I called customer service and explained the situation and asked the bank to freeze my account and card. Customer service said they would send me a new bank card and could unfreeze the account after seven business days. But when I opened the new card I found out that my account was permanently canceled and the {$16000.00} in the account would be sent to me by check. Every week after that I called my bank 's customer service or even went to the business office to inquire about the situation. But everyone told me something different each time, even on XX/XX/XXXX a customer service agent promised to send me a check in five business days but I have not received it yet. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I called again and was told that my account was still under review and there was no way to know how much longer it would take, with a very impatient attitude. I'm in a hurry because I haven't been able to pay my tuition because of this. This is my last semester and if I can't pay my tuition by the due date I won't be able to graduate properly.

Consumer Complaint: I took out a loan on my Chase credit card that had a low interest rate and fixed monthly payments. I was subsequently penalized for continuing to use my credit card. I wasn't able to chose where my payment went. Chase puts it towards the lower interest loan until it's paid off leaving my newer purchases on my card with the higher ( over 20 % ) interest rate. This is possibly in the fine print somewhere but definitely was not expected from what I thought was a reputable company like Chase. The supervisor I spoke to definitely had a script and read it. When I asked more questions he told me that he already explained it and hung up. They say they record the conversations so it should be there. Needless to say I will be paying off the Chase credit card and cancelling it and using my XXXX card from now on.

Consumer Complaint: My account was closed on XX/XX/2023. Chase Bank closed my account due to suspicious activity. Then the bank held my money for more than 3 months for no other reasonable action. My remaining money in my account before the restriction was {$31000.00}. Chase is the only bank I have, and I don't have backup money for my life. Then I asked my family to send me some money, otherwise, I could not live without any money. I make a regular call to the chase bank customer service line : XXXX. The agent always said the money was under investigation and asked me to call them back in another 7 days. I kept doing this for XXXX months and I haven't made any effective progress on it.
