Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2023, XXXX XXXX called to tell me that my friend XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX died and that he needed me to sign some documents. On XX/XX/XXXX I met XXXX XXXX at the chase bank at XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX. XXXX XXXX asked me to sign over the money that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) left me as beneficiary on his accounts claiming that was his directive in his will. The banker XXXX XXXX asked for my drivers license to give me the cashiers checks. XXXX then did not hand me the cashiers checks except for the top portion, Customer XXXX, of the checks. The total amount was over {$100000.00}. XXXX asked me to hold my identification and stand at a cashier window in front of XXXX XXXX. XXXX handed XXXX the checks. XXXX asked me if she should cash the checks and transfer them to the trust account. I shrugged my shoulders and said, I dont know. I dont know what this trust is. I then walked to XXXX XXXX and asked him if everything he was doing was honest and whether XXXX really wanted this money to go to this trust. XXXX XXXX said yes, XXXX said that as far as he knew this money was mine but there may be other legal documents that stated it should be given to this trust. I went back to the cashier, took my ID, and left. On XX/XX/XXXX, I asked XXXX XXXX to see XXXX 's will, he refused. I went to the same Chase branch and asked for my money. I was told that the money had been transferred to a trust. I asked for the name of the trust and who controlled it and they refused to say. I asked for a receipt of the cashier check that was made out to the trust and was told XXXX took it home. On XX/XX/XXXX, I went to the chase branch. XXXX and XXXX both verified that they had deposited my checks in error without my endorsement. XXXX identified me as you are the guy who shrugged your shoulders. XXXX said she would file a claim. I called the fraud department at XXXX and was told I could not file a claim because I did not own those accounts. After following up XXXX more times, I spoke to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. She promised to contact me every day until this issue was resolved. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX responded to my email with, I was planning on calling you later, but as discussed on XXXX, I have submitted the research and they will get back to me in XXXX business days. XXXX has since then not responded to my emails, phone calls, or in person visits. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX from Chase Branch and Complaint Feedback called me and said she should be able to undo the transaction because the Cashier Checks were not endorsed. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX called to say that they had no mechanism to undo the transaction because I do not have a checking account at Chase and because the Cashier Checks were used to make another set of Cashier Checks they did not have any mechanism for undoing the transaction or returning my money. I asked that Chase return my money since this was their mistake and I was told that I would have to go outside Chase to get my money.

Consumer Complaint: I have taken on tremendous amounts of debt. Currently this is what I have to my name : XXXX XXXX XXXX - {$780.00}, XXXX ( Mortgage ) XXXX XXXX XXXX Bank - {$80000.00} ( Car Loan ) Chase Bank - {$100000.00} ( Car Loan and Credit Card XXXX XXXX XXXX - {$48000.00} ( Credit Card ) Total Debt : {>= $1,000,000} I would like to challenge each of these financial agencies on the basis that the money used to create the loans was made by fake XXXX entries and therefore fraudulent. Legal precedent is just about any fraud case, including the cases against XXXX and XXXX XXXX. If XXXX cant inflate assets, neither can XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, or any other organization. If XXXX cant fake journal entries, neither can the Federal Reserve. I have public quotes from banking institutions where they admit that they are committing fraud when they create loans. Consumer Complaint: I discovered that I was scammed by someone impersonating a XXXX XXXX XXXX. A woman that is working in conjunction with online scammers who lied served as the " agent '' here in the USA that helps customers like " me '' to send payment for a package in order for me to receive. The money transfers were via XXXX through my personal Bank account. After I realized that it was all a scam, I called and spoke to customer service representative on XX/XX/2XXXX XXXX XXXX EST at XXXX in which they told me to report the the scam at XXXX : XXXX. I had to do two different reports because there were two transactions. I did and never heard back from anyone. I also called Chase Bank to report the fraud and they referred me to contact XXXX to report the scam. I sent several request to the person who received the money to return the money because I had found out that it was a scam however, the person never responded. images showing that the transactions went through and the person confirming that she received the money. I addition, I have emails where the woman states that she has " helped '' others in the past with the address of the places she go to make the deposits. The receipts shows the date, the name of the woman who is doing the dirty or serving as the middle person. Last, I have the person 's bank account, routing number that they wanted me to transfer the money to. I made to separate reports, one with the IC3 FBI and the other with the FTC. I've never heard back from anyone either. I would like to know if you can help me get my money because I am struggling financially. It would be nice if I could talk to someone who can help get these scammers because I have information that can help get them such as emails and receipts showing the places where this " agent '' utilized several times to continue with her crime. Sadly, I did not get any response besides the confirmation that my reports and complains were received meanwhile, these people continue to take advantage of good people.

Issue: Problem with a lender or other company charging your account

Subissue: Transaction was not authorized

Consumer Complaint: I hope this email reaches you under circumstances of understanding and empathy. I am reaching out to you as a desperate plea for assistance in a matter that has significantly impacted my life. I am an XXXX XXXX from XXXX, dedicated to building a better future for myself and my family in the United States. Unfortunately, on XX/XX/XXXX, I fell victim to wire transfer fraud, resulting in a loss of {$20000.00} from my Chase Bank account. Given my modest background, where my family of four sustains itself on an annual income of just {$5000.00}, the stolen amount represents not just a financial setback but a blow to our generational wealth. I am currently balancing the roles of a XXXX and a full-time employee, striving to make ends meet and contribute positively to my community since XX/XX/XXXX. Immediately upon discovering the fraudulent transaction on XX/XX/XXXX, I reported the incident to Chase Bank in the hope of a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, my claim has been repeatedly denied, with Chase suggesting that I either authorized the transaction or somehow benefited from it. This assertion is entirely untrue and has left me feeling an overwhelming sense of injustice. The impact of this incident on my life is immeasurable, and I find it disheartening that my pleas for help have been ignored. I am aware that Chase Bank is a substantial financial institution with substantial profits, evident from its {$13.00} XXXX net profits last quarter. However, the {$20000.00} lost in this transaction is a life-altering amount for me and I have in no way benefited from this transaction. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe this particular incident could have been prevented. The routing number to which my money was transferred is flagged and banned, residing in XXXX XXXX. Major banks like Chase maintain logs of risky bank and routing numbers, and it is perplexing that this transaction was allowed to proceed. I firmly believe that Chase bears responsibility in this matter and should not dismiss my claim without a thorough investigation. Moreover, I want to emphasize my longstanding relationship with Chase. I have been a loyal client for over three years, using and entrusting your bank with my financial affairs. During this time, I have deposited more than {$400000.00} in salary into my Chase account. As a devoted customer, I believe that my case deserves a fair and thorough examination, and it is only just that my satisfaction is considered before closing this matter. I implore you to intervene and assist me in holding Chase Bank accountable for the negligence that has led to this significant loss. I kindly request your guidance and support in ensuring that justice is served, and I am rightfully compensated for the funds that were wrongfully taken from my account. I am hopeful that your intervention will lead to a fair resolution of this matter. Thank you for your time and consideration and please reach out to me for any proofs and validations.

Issue: Problem with a purchase shown on your statement

Subissue: Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement

Consumer Complaint: Started as a cold call saying that they are partners with XXXX and they can feature my business on XXXX and they need to interview me to see if my business is eligible to be featured. The " interview call '' did not mention XXXX and they started selling chatbots on my website to attract new patients. Despite many times " I said NO I am not interested '' the salesman continued to harass me and offer me lower numbers and deals. His last attempt was to offer a 60-day money-back guarantee if they failed to provide a specific number of new patients. The salesman shared a document with me and started talking only about the money-back guarantee and had me sign. I later received an email with 2 documents, one was a contract saying I have literally no rights as a customer and I can not even report it to my credit card company plus have no right for any refund, The second document was the 60-day money-back guarantee. I found out that they charged my credit card {$4700.00}. I emailed the company immediately to cancel, I kept calling, and no response. Until I spoke with XXXX XXXX who said no refunds even XXXX did not provide any service plus they don't treat customers differently. I found out from their XXXX reviews that they have refunded others. I reported the issue to my credit card company, Chase Bank, and they said because of the signed contract, they can not do anything. XXXX informed me that because I disputed the transaction with my bank, I am in breach of the contract.

Issue: Incorrect information on your report

Subissue: Old information reappears or never goes away

Consumer Complaint: Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Chase Bank regarding their malicious and fraudulent reporting on my credit report, causing significant and unwarranted damage to my credit score. The details of my complaint are as follows : In XX/XX/2020, Chase Bank closed one of my credit cards due to nonpayment of an amount related to price gouging during the pandemic. Subsequent to the closure, Chase Bank reported my account as charged off in XXXX Surprisingly, after the closure and charge-off, Chase Bank began offering me discounts to settle the outstanding balance. The charged-off account has had a detrimental impact on my credit score. Chase Bank continues to report the nonpayment to credit bureaus, even though my account was closed and charged off three years ago. The persistent reporting of nonpayment has resulted in the consideration of the debt as current, significantly impacting my credit score and hindering my ability to apply for a mortgage. Despite the negative reporting, Chase Bank continues to offer me discounts to pay off the alleged outstanding balance. I assert that Chase Bank 's reporting is not only inaccurate but also malicious and fraudulent, as it misrepresents the current status of the debt. It appears that Chase Bank 's continued reporting is an attempt to coerce me into paying an amount that I do not owe. I kindly request the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify the inaccurate and harmful reporting by Chase Bank. I believe this ongoing situation not only violates fair credit reporting practices but also constitutes an unfair and deceptive practice on the part of Chase Bank. Enclosed with this complaint, you will find relevant documentation supporting my claims, including account statements and communication records with Chase Bank. I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will conduct a fair and impartial investigation to resolve this issue. Sincerely,

Issue: Problem when making payments

Subissue: Problem during payment process

Consumer Complaint: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) regarding a serious issue involving JPMorgan Chase & Co. , which has raised significant concerns related to potential violations of the Uniform Commercial Code ( UCC ), Securities and Exchange Commission ( SEC ) regulations, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ( FINRA ) regulations, and allegations of securities fraud. Commission file number XXXX Delaware ( State or other jurisdiction of incorporation or organization ) XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX , New York ( Address of principal executive offices ) XXXX ( I.R.S. employer identification no. ) XXXX ( Zip Code ) Registrants telephone number, including area code : ( XXXX ) XXXX The details of my complaint are as follows : Payment Instruments Submitted : On XX/XX/2023, and XX/XX/2023, I sent two separate negotiable instruments for payment to JPMorgan Chase & Co. in full compliance with legal tender guidelines. Both instruments were restrictively endorsed to the company, accompanied by specific processing instructions as prescribed by 31 CFR 328.5-6. These instruments were sent via registered mail with tracking numbers XXXX and XXXX. Company 's Response and Actions : Regrettably, JPMorgan Chase & Co. has neither applied the payments to the account nor returned the negotiable instruments, both of which are mandated by law. In addition, despite my attempts to address this matter, the company has continued to contact me for payment, which is both unwarranted and unsettling. Adverse Action on Consumer Credit : Adding to my concerns, JPMorgan Chase & Co. has taken adverse action against my consumer credit, which, to the best of my knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, they may not have the authority to do. UCC Title 3 Violation : In accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code, Title 3, the non-application of payment in a timely manner constitutes a breach of contract. Consequently, the debt should be considered discharged, and my consumer credit should have been updated to reflect " paid as agreed. '' Allegations of Securities Fraud : I strongly suspect that JPMorgan Chase & Co. may have improperly retained the security interest for themselves, potentially giving rise to allegations of securities fraud. Such actions, if proven true, raise significant concerns about the company 's ethical conduct and compliance with federal regulations and securities laws. The company has a published XXXX annual filing and indenture agreement that both describe securities how they are sold and the rights to holders of the note. Given the gravity of this situation and the potential violations of consumer protection laws, federal regulations, and securities laws, I believe it is imperative that other relevant regulatory bodies be involved in investigating and addressing this matter. Specifically, the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ), Securities and Exchange Commission ( SEC ), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ( FINRA ), and Internal Revenue Service ( IRS ) may need to take action to ensure that consumer rights are safeguarded and any alleged misconduct is thoroughly examined. Despite my attempts to communicate with JPMorgan Chase & Co. and my requests for the application of payment or the return of the instruments, the company has not responded or addressed this matter as of the date of this complaint. I respectfully request that the CFPB initiates a comprehensive investigation into this matter involving JPMorgan Chase & Co. to determine whether the company has violated any federal regulations, consumer protection laws, or securities laws. Additionally, I urge the CFPB to collaborate with the aforementioned regulatory bodies, including the FTC, SEC, FINRA, and IRS, to ensure a thorough examination of this matter. Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious issue, and I anticipate a timely resolution to protect consumer rights. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX XXXX
