Consumer Complaint: I received an alert through XXXX XXXX that a collection appeared on my credit report for XXXX XXXX for {$920.00}. The collection was placed on my credit report by an IC Systems. Ive never heard of an IC Systems and Ive never had XXXX XXXX XXXX services. And, logically, if I had XXXX XXXX, how would my bill be XXXX XXXXXXXX? That makes no sense. This is fraud. I disputed this with the credit bureaus but I received a message saying this is a legitimate charge. If you review my credit report, you dont see any history of me not paying bills so why would I start not paying bills now. I have a problem with the credit bureaus placing this information on my credit report, lowering my score, without verifying this debt with me in this fraud environment. The credit bureaus assumed this is a legitimate debt and assumed that the customer didnt pay. Im filing an identity theft police report

Consumer Complaint: There was a an improper debt reported to my Credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX incorrectly charged me for service day after I scheduled shut off for XX/XX/XXXX. They did not close my account until XX/XX/XXXX. Therefore I was charged {$100.00} incorrectly. I spoke to XXXX XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. She explained to me the error on their part and they credited me {$50.00}. XXXX said they would remove the collection under I.C. Systems from my credit report with a payment of {$52.00}. I submitted that payment immediately in order to clear this matter up and get it removed from my report. She said it will take 4-6 weeks to remove from my credit report. This is unacceptable. I took care of the payment immediately because of their improper billing, therefore this collection account under I.C. Systems for the amount of {$100.00} should be removed immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I called XXXX XXXX and told about my situation. Originally I thought it was identity fraud, but really it turned out to be XXXX 's fault in where they failed to transfer something on their part which caused a ghost amount of money to be accrued. They told me that there were 2 sub levels on my account. When I merged the 2nd sub level to the 1st sub level, it caused a device forced buy out which was where the debt came from. But when I talked to a XXXX representative and they checked the merge they saw that the agreement of the phone, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, was not transferred over. I tried to work with the representatives as they continued escalating the case, but in the end they could not deal with it. They told me they keep voice logs of every customer service call, so if you investigate my phone number and their logs you could probably see and listen to the conversations I had. There should be enough evidence if you check from XXXX 's side that the debt I owed is falsified. I also have the escalation number which is XXXX and the call reference number is XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I.C. System, Inc., as a debt collector for XXXX ( now apparently known as XXXX XXXX ) has renewed a bogus demand to extract {$140.00} from me without providing any evidence that I have ever had a contract or other business relationship with XXXX or evidence that the modem I hold in safekeeping is XXXX property. I was first contacted by I.C. System, Inc. about this bogus debt payment demand in XX/XX/2021 ; I timely and repeatedly responded by certified letters demanding evidence of a contract or other business relationship between XXXX and me or proof that the modem I have in safekeeping ( having been left in the apartment I had rented until XX/XX/2021 ) was XXXX ' property. No such evidence or proof was ever provided, nor was any attempt made to explain the absence of such evidence or proof. Nonetheless, I.C. System and XXXX have just renewed their harassment to extract money from me without evidence or proof I owe anything or have property that is owned by XXXX. Such efforts to collect bogus debt on false pretenses must be stopped. No consumer should be put to the expense in time and money to address such fraudulent efforts to extract money without evidence or proof that the consumer has any obligation.
