Consumer Complaint: I sent a 609 letter asking them to verify the debt with signature pages & they sent bill. That doesn't prove that it's my debit. This response is the first communication I received from them. I only found out about the account because it showed up on a XXXX credit report. Also, this company will remove the account after I dispute it & report it again the next day.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems reported to the Credit bureaus that I opened an XXXX XXXX XXXX account on XX/XX/2023 and owed {$1300.00}. Then reported that I was delinquent and the account was open, which seriously hurt my credit rating. I do not have an open XXXX XXXX XXXX account. This debt was reported by other collection agencies last year and this was disputed and had to be removed. IC Systems is illegally trying to re-age this account. I am sending a letter to them requesting all account information.

Consumer Complaint: i contacted ic systems about a debt i see on my credit report and i didnt know where it came from. i called to get verification from them and they told me to send in writing. i have never called this company and i looked at my credit report and it said date of last activity was XX/XX/XXXX on experian and XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX. the person who took the call verified that i had never called before as well. i believe they were or are re-aging the account on my credit report since the debt date is coming up on 7 years this XXXX. he told me the account was created in XXXX of XXXX and closed on XXXX of XXXX the XXXX year rule in tennessee is valid so they are guilty of re-aging my account.

Consumer Complaint: This all started when my wife was opening new service in XX/XX/2022 from XXXX for our new address. When I spoke to a representative, they stated I owe {$980.00} for service in Georgia USA. I explained we don't live in Georgia nor have we in the past. I gave the representative all of my current information as well as my personal information for verification purpose. However the representative stated I still owe for an account I did not open, and this is fraudulent. I asked the representative if they have identification on file and they said yes. They called several times requesting payment and tried to withdraw funds from my credit card for the past amount due from someone in Georgia. Yesterday I received a letter from XXXX. XXXX XXXX stating I owe {$4100.00}. This is illegal and I should not be charged or pay for something I have no knowledge of. I explained this to the representative, however they were not interested in hearing what I had to say. They wanted me to pay for someone's else bill.

Consumer Complaint: IC System has been calling me every day for weeks. This is allowable. However I have answered the call 2x. The first time the call took several seconds to connect then once connected it dropped immediately ( XXXX ) - a violation of the TCPA worth {$500.00} minimum as it is apparent they are using an autodialer. Today I answered the call and the agent refused to identify herself and failed to provide the miranda statement after asking for my wife. I called back and the agent told me they do not have to identify themselves unless they know who they are calling. I escalated to a supervisor who LITERALLY tried to collect a debt without giving the miranda after finding out who I was, I hung up on the call.
