Consumer Complaint: Re : Request for Debt Validation Account Number : XXXX Dear Sir/Madam, I am requesting validation of an alleged debt your company is attempting to collect from me. According to your records, I owe {$120.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX. Before making any payments or discussing the matter further, I would like to ensure that the information associated with this debt is accurate. As per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I am requesting that you provide me with the following information to validate the alleged debt : A detailed explanation of the amount claimed, including an itemized breakdown of the principal balance, interest, fees, and other charges. A copy of the original contract or agreement between the original creditor, signed by both parties and me, shows I agreed to the debt. The date of the original debt and the date the debt was transferred to your agency. Proof that your company is licensed to collect debts in my state, including your license number and the name of the issuing authority. The name and contact information of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor. Any payment history associated with the debt, including the dates and amounts of my payments. Verification that the debt is still within my state 's statute of limitations for collection. Please note that, under the FDCPA, collection activities must cease until you have provided the requested information to validate the debt. If you can not provide the required documentation, I request that you cease all collection attempts and remove any negative information about this debt from my credit reports. Consumer Complaint: I.C. System Inc. Attempted to collect a debt on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The amount owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX before being passed to I.C. System IncXXXX was {$390.00}. I.C. System claimed a debt of {$1700.00}. After receiving notice from the Debt Collector I confirmed the real amount owed with XXXX XXXX XXXX who confirmed the {$390.00} was the correct amount. When contacting I.C. System Inc. and relaying the correct amount, the customer service agent said they saw the same numbers and had " been given the wrong number '' by XXXX XXXX XXXX. The Debt Collector said they would be adjusting the amount to the correct number and re-issuing the bill. It seems clear they attempted to get more money than what was actually owed until challenged. The medical service was rendered XX/XX/XXXX, the final statement was issued XX/XX/XXXX and the debt collection bill was sent XX/XX/XXXX, the conversations with both parties happened XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Someone open accounts using my identity as listed below se '' Account name ICS Systems COLLECTION SERVICES, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Account number XXXX. Recent balance {$690.00} for XXXX as of XX/XX/XXXX. Service Date account opened XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX status in XX/XX/XXXX. In addition this same collection, placed another claim on my credit for XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$470.00} during the same time frame, which I was stationed in XXXX. This has been occurring since XXXX, every 3-4 months since I returned stateside as military member. These utilities are obtained at the address I never resided in the XXXX XXXX XXXX, Mo. I contacted ICS and informed them of the identity theft and the recurring of these services in my name at the same address. Also these accounts were transferred to them previously for collection. I spoke to XXXX and informed them that identity theft had occurred again for the same address using my PII, and addition name, XXXX XXXX. I requested XXXX to remove this name and address in question, XXXX Nebraska from my credit, due to the fact this is not my name nor my address. XXXX and XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX acted very swiftly removed this erroneous information but XXXX failed to comply with my request. Unable to upload the police report after the fact when initiated the dispute and they could not assist. Will send XXXX a hard copy

Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my recent credit report and noticed a collection from IC Systems for a Debt with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. I was told that this was a joint account. I have never had a joint account for XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never signed a contract or authorized a joint account. IC Systems has also never called me, the failed to send me any communications or validation notice. I only found out about this debt when it showed up on my credit report. This account is also for an address that is not mine. I have called both XXXX and XXXX requesting that they validate this collection. They have not sent me confirmation that the debt was mine. Consumer Complaint: My account with XXXX XXXX was closed XX/XX/XXXX and I had clerk to verify both units was empty. Now I have a collection stating I open in XX/XX/XXXX and past due as of XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. I have talked to them several times telling them my account was closed with the clerk in XX/XX/XXXX. I was told clerk did not close the account out correctly. I moved out before another due date and clerk stated she terminated contract and I didnt need do anything else and I didn't owe any more money. Now they want me to pay for something I didn't have and didn't use. Very unprofessional and should train employees correctly to handle such transactions to keep patrons from going through distress to prove their truthfulness when the employee did not follow through the termination accurately on their end.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX I went to a XXXX XXXX store to take inquire about changing my services from XXXX to XXXX XXXX and taking advantage of their promotion that they would pay off the existing phone bill at XXXX. There were 3 young men at the counter trying to help me. While one was trying to verify my information, the other went into the back room and got SIM cards. The third man was getting a code off my current phone to unlock the phone. When the third man discovered he was unable to unlock my phone. He tried to convince me to purchase a new {$1300.00} XXXX which I did not want to do. I called XXXX and they told me I would have to pay off the existing phone balance before they gave me a code to unlock the phone. This was opposite from what XXXX promotion was about. I didn't not have those funds to do it, so I told the 3 men to cancel everything. XXXX ended up matching the same monthly promotion as XXXX. The man said he would cancel out the account. I walked out of the store. I kept my account with XXXX. Then in the fall of XXXX I get a {$750.00} collection in the mail from a collection agency. I called them and told them what I explained above. They said they would reach back to XXXX. I called XXXX and they told me I had to go into the store and talk to the manager. I went into the store and the manager said he couldn't do anything, and I would have to call XXXX customer service. I called XXXX XXXX customer service and they said they would investigate it. 30 days later the collection was removed from my credit report and I heard nothing from XXXX. Then on XX/XX/XXXX I get a collection agency sending me mail that was trying to collect on the same amount. I called them and explained the same thing above. This is IC Systems, and they still have the account. I disputed it with them over the phone and told them I never used the services and this was false information. They said they would investigate it. They placed it onto my credit report and then mailed me a letter saying they verified it and sent a final bill statement from XXXX. That end showed I never used their services. I called the collection agency back and disputed it again, they then tried to offer my a settlement to pay the bill. I told them I didn't use the account and I wasn't going to pay for anything I didn't use. I called XXXX XXXX again and talked to another person who told me it could take up to 2 weeks for them to investigate and she would call me back on XX/XX/XXXX. She never called back. I called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and the person I spoke with told me that I would have to call the collection agency. I told her they were not going to do anything, they wouldn't take dispute and they want me to pay it. I told her I called before to XXXX XXXX and the person was suppose to call me back on XX/XX/XXXX and they never did. I requested to speak with a manager. I was put on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a manager.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I decided to make the switch from XXXX to XXXX as they seem to have the better cell service. The deal was to get two new lines including phones which was supposed to be as follows : XXXX XXXX XXXX : Cost : {$490.00} via {$16.00} monthly payments over 30 months Promotion : monthly bill credit of {$16.00} over 30 months making this device free XXXX XXXX XXXX : Cost : {$740.00} via {$24.00} monthly payments over 30 months Promotion : monthly bill credit of {$19.00} over 30 months which would have cost me {$5.00} per month for a total of {$150.00} XXXX ended up somehow processing the order incorrectly and did not add the XXXX XXXX monthly payment for the XXXX XXXX to my monthly bill. This is turn made it look like I was intentionally not making my device payments. I was unaware of this, and XXXX decided to charge me the full amount of the phone ( {$740.00} ) because I was " not making monthly payments on my device '' unbeknownst to me. I attempted to resolve this with XXXX on several occasions via phone calls and they told me even though it was their mistake, I waited too long to get this resolved. I should never have had to deal with this in the first place, but to admit you made an error and still not correct it is unacceptable. I have never had any late payments or collections on my credit ( for 20 years now ) and now this has affected my credit and I overpaid ( {$650.00} instead of the {$150.00} ) as I just wanted to settle this to avoid it being on my credit report. After making my payment, XXXX reported me to the credit bureau for " paying a collection for less than the amount owed ''. This is absolutely absurd, and I am hoping this will be corrected through this complaint. I do not know what else to do. They can look at my contract and then take a look at how it was processed... incorrectly. This is an error on XXXX, not me and I should not be penalized!

Consumer Complaint: Hello, This account is being reported by IC System , Inc from XXXX XXXX. I did not choose Auto-renew on this account and did not receive services for my pet that were not paid for. My pet has not been to any of their facilities for well over a year as I called in and cancelled the services. I have made several calls to speak with a supervisor and get this resolved and I've been told by phone XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX ) that I would get a call from a supervisor, and I have not received any responses. This is causing me great harm with my credit score having dropped significantly. I did not receive anything from anyone prior to me getting a notice that my score had dropped and then me seeing it on the credit report.
