Consumer Complaint: I have received several calls from IC Systems regarding a balance they claim I owe to XXXX. I have repeatedly told their office and prior collection companies that the internet service was cancelled/paid in full when I moved. I have requested validation MULTIPLE times by phone and in writing over the last 6 months. They have ignored my request and continued to report this to the credit bureau. This has caused a lot of frustration as it made my credit score drop by XXXX points and has disqualified me from being approved for a loan. This company has violated my consumer rights by failing to adhere to the FDCPA and FCRA regulations. My next step is to file a lawsuit and attorney general complaint against this company. They need to remove this erroneous tradeline from my credit report immediately.

Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern : I.C. SYSTEM, INC with account number XXXX I disputed with the collection agency and they said they don't have record of this account. My right to privacy has been violated. I do not consent to you storing my personal information. I did not give any written consent to furnish anything on my consumer report. The FTC has noted that providing a copy of a printout, bill, or alleged account documents does not constitute validation. Mere itemization of what you already have does not accomplish my requested debt validation. This is my second request. Please provide me with ALL of the following points of information according to my consumer rights found in 15 usc 1692g. -Agreement with the original creditor that authorizes you to collect on this alleged debt and/or verification that this alleged debt was assigned or sold to you. -The agreement bearing my signature stating that I have agreed to assume the debt -Valid copies of the debt agreement stating the amount of the debt and interest charges -Proof that the Statute of Limitations in Georgia has not expired -Complete payment history on this account along with an accounting of all additional charges being assessed -Proof that you are licensed to collect in Georgia ; and -Your license numbers and Registered Agent or Agent of Service. Your non-compliance with my request will also be construed as an absolute waiver of all claims to enforce the debt against me and your implied agreement to compensate me for court costs and attorney fees if I am forced to bring this matter before a judge. I notice that you are still reporting this collection on my credit report, which is considered to be a collection activity. You are in violation of the FCPDA, and are now subject to fines of {$1000.00}, plus actual damages and attorneys fees, which I may collect from you by bringing this issue before a judge. I intend to take all legal steps available to me if I do not hear back from you.

Consumer Complaint: This is a fake account. This company first called me in early XXXX claiming that I had owed money to XXXX from a debt at an address I haven't lived at since XXXX. They claimed that the debt was from XXXX. When I told them what address I am currently at, they then updated this fake collections account with my new address. During the call, I explained to them that not only can I prove I had XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX internet during the time period they claimed, but that XXXX isn't even offered in the area I am in. As soon as they heard that, they suddenly hung up the phone, but I am outright shocked that they were dumb enough to put this fraudulent, fake collections account on my credit report!!
