Consumer Complaint: This company is employing false statements and recorded lies. While I'm on the phone with them to refute the XXXX balance as I have with XXXX. I repeatedly asked if they would send me in writing the amount that I agreed to pay as a settlement. They kept assuring me that they would. 1 ) send me an email with the correct settlement amount. 2 ) Show the amended amount in there portal. I Made a {$200.00} dollar payment in the portal while the rep was on the line and it STILL shows that I owed, more than {$900.00}. The original debt line has not changed even though they keep insisting that they would edit that incorrect amount and update it with the settlement amount, that I would pay off in XXXX monthly installments. They sent me a copy of XXXX XXXX make believe statement, instead of the settlement offer that they PROMISED again and again. I can't believe that a company is allowed to just lie and lie just to " collect a debt '' there practices ' are lacking integrity and overall honesty. I have an excellent payment record with the credit bureaus. I pay my honest debts. I can prove all that I am saying to you, because I will call again and record the call just like they did. I my humble opinion, they should not be in business. I C Systems is trying to collect a debt amount that I do not owe. They have outright lied to me by saying they'd accept a settlement offer in the amount that I actually owe BUT REFUSE TO PUT IT IN WRITING. They have agreed again and again on the phone call which they say is recorded. Perhaps you can request the recording to verify all that I am telling you. This company employs dishonest, unfair and shady business practices.

Consumer Complaint: I got a bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for an XXXX room visit. I called to pay the bill, the woman helping me on the phone offered me a discount to pay in cash. I obliged and paid my debt. However, the discount amount was sent to collections as if I was suppose to pay it. On the online portal it shows that I owe a balance {$0.00} and clearly outlines the discount. I have been sent to collections. IC Systems is handling the collections, I called to dispute, I explained the situation, they did research and determined I still owed the money. However, again, logging into XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I see a balance of {$0.00}. As far as I was concerned the debt was paid in full. However, they have failed to account for the discount. I have documentation of the discount and can still be accessed on their website.

Consumer Complaint: I saw a collections account from XXXX XXXX pop up on my credit report for past due XXXX XXXX service. I called them and they said it was tied to an address in XXXX XXXX ( I live in XXXXXXXX XXXX ). They asked me to send them a police report and once I did the debt would pass back to the original creditor for investigation. I sent the police report and never heard back from them. When I called a week later, they said there was no longer an account under the original account number they gave me. I tried calling XXXX XXXX but since I never had an account, I don't have an account number and they are unable to verify anything without it. Then I received a letter today from another collections agency called IC Systems to my real address which I had given to XXXX XXXX for correspondence. It is the only way they could have gotten it. This was regarding the same debt, so it appears that XXXX XXXX just sold it to another agency. Now I am disputing the debt with the new agency, but I am afraid this is just going to continue and the collections are on my credit. My last name is not spelled correctly, and the address of the original account with XXXX XXXX is in XXXX XXXX. It is fairly easy to see that this is fraud, which is most likely why XXXX XXXX got rid of it right away after receiving the police report.

Consumer Complaint: This company is wrought with shady business practices. I do not have a collections report but one was made in my name. My identity was stolen and used to purchase {$100.00} of something I dont understand. I never made this purchase to a small company in XXXX, TX. I have not lived there in over 4 years yet this went on my credit report on XX/XX/2023. My debit and credit cards are fine though I am not sure why this has been the only thing bought under my name. IC system has been trying to get me to pay them {$110.00} I do not owe them. I refuse to pay and my credit score is suffering horribly. I dont know what to do.
