Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX called saying that I have {$2000.00} owed to " Mastercard '' from XX/XX/XXXX. I told them that I don't have a Mastercard, that I never have had a {$2000.00} credit limit and that if it was in fact from XX/XX/XXXX, then the statute of limitations expired in my state ( Michigan ) after six years. They told me it doesn't work that way and that they would sue. They have since sent letters to my mother 's house when I have never lived there nor do I live anywhere near her.

Consumer Complaint: I have made numerous attempts to fix this issue with XXXX with no effort from their end to fix the discrepancy from their end. It took a month for the company to finally cancel our services after numerous attempts from our end to cancel along with a series of misrepresentation from their representatives. They also billed us double without a justifiable reason. I refuse to pay {$730.00} when we really should only owe {$250.00} according to my calculations. XXXX also felt the need to threaten to levy our bank accounts without having even obtained judgement. Another violation on top of that, they continued to harass me for this inaccurate bill after I sent a request for them to cease and desist communication. To my understanding this is a violation of the FDCPA and should be taken very seriously.

Consumer Complaint: The company violated my rights under the fair debts collections practices act in that i have never received the following. No attempts or Notifications by mail in order to dispute their actions if any taken. Indicated on my credit reports that the debts was owed without my signature or original documentations that i agreed to a third party collections. The company went to XXXX and said that i opened an account with them which was a fraudulent and blatant Lie in order to collect an alleged debt with them. The company name is I.C. Systems XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Minnesota XXXX alleged amount owed XXXX ending account number XXXX I received this information by XXXX identity theft protection. My identity theft happened in this state of where government offices was notified by my affidavit of identity theft because someone has taken out credit in my name for houses and utilities. On XX/XX/XXXX i did not open or agree to them to collect any debts via 3rd party with them and only the originator of has the right to contact me not them. Deceptive tactics was used by then which is illegal. The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Pub. L. 95-109 ; 91 Stat. 874, codified as 15 U.S.C. 1692 1692p, approved on September 20, 1977 is a consumer protection amendment, establishing legal protection from abusive debt collection practices, to the Consumer Credit Protection Act

My credit scores were decreased ANOTHER TIME. -I submitted complaints, probably, twice, and received a response from IC System they are going to leave me alone, but it never affected my alerts. -In XXXX OF XXXX i received already TWO!!!! Derogatory accounts from IC System, {$100.00} each. -I gave IC System telephone call and requested to solve the issue, but I never heard back from them. STOP MESSING UP WITH MY CREDIT SCORES! Consumer Complaint: I had an account that appeared on my credit as a collection for a company I had previously done business with, it was a cable provider. I canceled my account and returned the equipment to the carrier and I found that they had sent me to collections even though I didn't have a balance and had returned all the cable equipment. When I saw the {$500.00} collection I initially disputed it with all three bureaus because I knew I didn't owe them. The account was deleted by XXXX and XXXX because the company could not provide proof of the balance they were trying to collect or where it came from, now it is being reported to XXXX and XXXX is refusing to do anything about this. I know that this information is incorrect and it is harming my credit rating. it was already deleted by the other bureaus because the collection company can not provide proof of where this balance came from and XXXX needs to do the same.

Consumer Complaint: I have been with XXXX for many years I would say over 10 to be exact. Two years ago I rcvd a notice that I had a delinquent account and I was like that's not possible I called XXXX and they said we don't see that you are delinquent. So I disregarded the notice. When I then rcvd another one saying I was delinquent called back and gave them the account number on the notice and they found an account in my name for I believe XXXX dollars. I advised them that was not mine and that my real account with them has never been delinquent. They researched the account and found that it was a fraudulent account and deleted that account. About two months after that I started getting another delinquent notice from XXXX but this time is was for XXXX for a phone and a phone line. I called XXXX saying I rcvd another notice about another account in my name that was opened. When they researched it they stated that they would not remove it because the number associated with the fraudulent account called my real number. I told them how was I supposed to know that someone who obviously stole my info would call my number. The pretty much told me that I would need to research it myself to see who stole my info because its someone I know. The only thing they told me in regards to the fraudulent account is that someone went in one of the stores and opened the account and that they could not do nothing because it was a 3rd party authorize company. I told XXXX that they would still be liable because before a new phone line is opened they have to verify my identity by looking at my ID and this did not happen because they would have seen that this person was not me. To this day I still have my real account with XXXX but they are still holding me liable for letting someone open an account in my name
