Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX popped up on my credit report a few years back owing $XXXX. Since I was and still am a current client of XXXX I asked them how I could possibly owe a delinquent account and I'm paid current amount. I had moved, they didn't transfer the account correctly. It was corrected. This account and amount that another creditor just randomly threw on my credit report. It is not owed. It has never been owed. It was a mistake on XXXX part and XXXX fixed it.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/19 received a bill for {$880.00} from IC System for a XXXX account delinquent bill that was in my name. I contacted XXXX, filled out a fraudulent packet, mailed it on XX/XX/19, with a tracking #, which they received on XX/XX/19. Never heard from them. Called XXXX on XX/XX/19 to confirm my packet was received and complete. The lady confirmed it was and that it would be 30 days before I would hear from them. Never heard from anyone. XX/XX/19 received a letter stating the fraud packet was incomplete. XX/XX/19 called XXXX to find out why the packet was incomplete. He didnt not know but assured me I would hear from them within two days. Never heard from him. XX/XX/19 received another bill from iC Systems for {$880.00}. XX/XX/19 called XXXX. He said The packet has not been located. In this packet I was informed I had to send my social security number along with other proof Id identification. He told me to fill out another fraud packet. This is unacceptable, and I want this resolved.
