Consumer Complaint: IC Systems reporting several inaccurate & old accounts on my credit report which should have never been placed on there. For one I never got a notice for any of these and they just place them erroneous accounts on my credit file. They should have never been sent to collections in the first place because I had/have insurance. I have disputed this with ALL 3 Credit bureaus also and they are claiming they are valid and I demand to know how they got information showing it is valid because I would like to see that information!! They 100 % for a fact are not valid and they need to provide me this information or delete these accounts off my credit file.

Consumer Complaint: this company contacted me saying iowed a power bill from 5 years ago.so i said ok send me verification and they did, so then i asked for a settlement after i recevied the verification letter and they agree to cut it in half.so i asked the company to send me a letter stating that it was a payoff and if i payed the amount i would be free of the debt.i in turn said i do not want this against my credit so i need this resolved before it does.the company said i would recieve the letter in less than 14 days and that i had time to pay the debt before it was turned in.i called this company 3 times within a month asking for the letter or an email stating that if i paid the payoff balance that the debt was clear and no further action would be taken. well they said there system was messed is why i never recieved a letter i also gave my email address they never sent me an email so i called them today and they said that they had an error is why i never received the letter and thqat they reported me to the credit bureau they said i had to have a checking and router number on file to keep it out of collections.

Consumer Complaint: It will not let me file another complaint using " debt not owed by me '' but I have evidence of IC Systems removing their accounts from my XXXX credit report but failing to do so on my XXXX report. I indicated that I had no knowledge of the debt, because I don't, and they removed the collections account from my credit report. Below are dates from XX/XX/2018, XX/XX/2018, and XX/XX/2018. On XX/XX/2018, all three accounts are shown. On XX/XX/2018, only one is shown. On XX/XX/2018, none are shown. It is illegal for a debt collector to report inaccurate information to one credit bureau and delete collections from another bureau. All information, whether accurate or inaccurate, must be reported the same across all three bureaus. This company will face legal action from myself if not removed 30 days from receipt of this complaint. This debt is not mine, hence why I disputed it, and want it removed immediately.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of 2017, I moved back home to my parents house and had my wifi transferred over. Within a few days of me moving back, a technician came out to wire everything in the house. A week or so after everything was connected, I tried to access XXXX using the wifi and I was no longer able to so i Called XXXX XXXX XXXX and asked them why my internet was disconnected and they told me that I had called and asked them to disconnect the internet, which I never did and they have no record of that. On top of that, the wifi box was mounted on the wall and XXXX XXXX XXXX has it written in black and white that mounted or wired devices need not be returned. They proceeded to put this charge of {$170.00} on my account and refuse to remove it because they know that they are in the wrong. My next step is to take them to court if they do not remove this debt from my credit.

Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern, The reason for my dispute is I C SYSTEM INC XXXX was required to notify me no later than 30 days after furnishing the negative information to credit bureau reports, in writing ... under such section 623, subsection ( 7 ) ( A ). However, in my records, I am unable to locate documentation that they complied with this requirement, which is a violation of the FCRA & FDCPA. Also, I C SYSTEM INC failed to give me my " Mini-Miranda '' five days prior to placing this derogatory item on all of my credit reports, per Section 807 ( 11 ) & FDCPA 809, Under 809. Validations of date and Mini-Mirandi under Section807 ( 1 ) I C SYSTEM INC failed to send me my initial communication before placing this alleged item on my credit reports further violating the FCRA, with {$1000.00} per violation I C SYSTEM INC- is held liable as well for defamation and in the state of OHIO indebtedness with those of other creditors against an individual debtor or codebtors. FDCPA I fail to see where XXXX XXXX XXXX is in compliance with OHIO LAW. I also have report this account to the FTC, and XXXX Police Dept.I need this collection account to be removed from my credit report.I C SYSTEM INC has not even tried to contact me regarding this Fraudulent collection account. Please have them remove this collection account immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I c systems during a pandemic actually hit my credit score for XXXX dollars from doctor XXXX. A doctor who in fact didnt do anything to help her patient XXXX her assistant had to me come in for my note .. and then doctor refused to give it asking why i was there .. I told her well I dont need referrals and the nurses all told me to come in over the phone .. I then walked to administrative department there getting into a full argument because I missed a whole day of work where which I get paid hourly cause of her. Ask the admin manager.. i havent been back to her office since. Also are they even allowed to hit my score during a pandemic

Two collection agencies had the debt. XXXX XXXX and IC Systems. I contacted XXXX XXXX ( original debtor ) ( XXXX ) XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, AZ XXXX, and they agreed that I pay through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX - Called IC Systems, IC System, XXXX ( XXXX ), XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MN XXXX, Acct # XXXXXXXX asking them how to clear the debt with them, they stated XXXX XXXX would have to contact them directly. XX/XX/XXXX - Called XXXX XXXX and ask if they would contact IC Systems to clear the debt. Left message. XX/XX/XXXX - Received voicemail that XXXX contacted IC Systems and that the debt would be removed by IC Systems in 30 to 45 days. XX/XX/XXXX - Contacted IC Systems as they are still showing on my credit report. Very rude worker just keeps saying only way to resolve is to pay the amount even after I explained I paid the debt and of course would not pay it again. XX/XX/XXXX - Sent IC Systems, USPS, a letter asking them to kindly remove the debt as it has been resolved. Copied ( sent ) USPS letter sent to XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX - Same rude personnel XXXX I believe is the name at IC Systems stating that XXXX XXXX will have to contact them or I can pay in full to have it removed {$810.00}. XX/XX/XXXX- Called IC Systems and same rude personnel says XXXX XXXX has not contacted them and they will not remove without full payment of {$810.00}. XX/XX/XXXX - Send in online form to have this debt removed from IC Systems through their website. XX/XX/XXXX - Send in online form to have this debt removed from IC Systems through their website. Contacted XXXX XXXX and they state they have done the diligence to contact IC Systems about removing the debt. I even sent a certified settlement letter last XXXX and still did not get a response, however they removed the account from XXXX & XXXX but NOT XXXX. They continue to report to transunion every month and need to have this taken care ASAP. Attached is a copy of the Certified Postage that it was received and a copy of the settlement letter.
