XXXX just recently followed up on this dispute and closed the case shared that it is valid when it is not valid.

Consumer Complaint: I.C. SYSTEM, INC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is a result of identity theft. I recently discovered through my new monitoring service this account being reported I made efforts to remove this account from my file as the amount of {$290.00} does not belong to me. This account was fraudulently opened through this company in XXXX of 2018 an has been reported to the FTC and authorities as Identity theft. I have submitted all of my information needed to resolve this matter in this complaint and through the FTC report attached and do not feel comfortable giving any further information in any way to any others at this time due to the further possibilities of identity theft.

System Inc. last month that displayed a balance of {$180.00}, I sent a cease and desist letter advising that I wanted to communicate with the original creditor in which is XXXX. I noticed today that this account has been placed on my credit reports. In doing further research about this company I.C. System Inc. that purchased this account from XXXX, they currently don't hold a Collection Agency License, their license was surrendered on XX/XX/2010. I am demanding for this account to be removed from my credit reports immediately. They have violated the NC law that requires entities who engage in the collection agency business and or solicit debt must hold a Collection Agency License.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, A company called I C SYSTEM INC is attempting to collect on a debt that was turned over to them in the year XXXX for a company called XXXX. In my first call to the company XXXX, a XXXX employee told me they attempted to collect the debt in early XXXX through XXXX before turning it over to the collection company I C SYSTEM INC. I C SYSTEM INC puts this debt on my credit report in early XX/XX/XXXX, and puts it as a debt from the previous month of XX/XX/XXXX. I tried contacting I C SYSTEM INC and they told me to contact a different division known as XXXX fraud division since I never had this account in the first place some 7 years ago. I called XXXX fraud division and spoke with a Fraud investigator named " XXXX '' who looked in the computer using my social security number, date of birth, the address that I C SYSTEM INC provided me, and the phone number that I C SYSTEM INC provided me. XXXX Fraud Investigator told me on the phone that there was no account past or present that showed up in their system. I am including the Fraud hotline for XXXX in this message if the information needs to be verified. This I C SYSTEM INC is obviously falsely reporting when the debt occur ed on my credit report ( they admitted it was from XXXX or XXXX not XXXX ), the company they stated they were collecting from has nothing on file for me, and every attempt to dispute their postings on my credit reports has failed. To add to all these questionable things that I C Systems INC did ... they also waited until there was a state of emergency in the country to add this to my report ... making it very difficult to obtain financing and to pursue litigation against them due most state offices being closed. They placed the same thing at the same time on both XXXX XXXX and XXXX. I am a XXXX and have been trying very very hard to everything right. I've been told several times to give it to a local news agency to help protect me and my credit from this company. Consumer Complaint: I was contacted by this company in XXXX about a debt that I didn't realize was still outstanding. I asked them to send me a statement which they did. I had made two monthly payments, one of {$20.00} and one of {$25.00} to them.The total bill at this point is {$100.00}. I forgot to send the payment in XXXX so on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX we received a call about the payment. My husband let them know that I would be sending a payment online.I told them I would be making another {$20.00} payment and my husband was told they would not accept any payment under $ XXXX.The customer service rep continually hounded my husband to set up automatic payments. When he told them that we weren't interested in doing that customer service rep said that they would be reporting to credit bureau and it would affect our credit.

Consumer Complaint: The account showed up on my account around XX/XX/XXXX as a collection. When i called the company they stated that i never mailed my equipment from XXXX XXXX XXXX, but i did. I also provided them with the receipt from the post office that the equipment was send to them. After that conversation, i didn't hear from them for 3 months. They ones again stated that i never send this equipment in and attempted to collect money from me in a very aggressive matter. The reason i cancel my account with XXXX XXXX XXXX was because they charged me for long distant calling with out my consent. They spoke to a person in my house and through them they opened and account under my name. They never spoke to me and i ended up just cancelling this account.

Consumer Complaint: I was victim of identity theft as a result of being homeless and did not have a physical address in 2012. Numerous accounts were open without my permission. The creditors calls and harass me daily for debt. I explained the set is not mines. They sent me some billing info with incorrect addresses and i explained are not mines. I was also told by the credit bureaus that my personal data was breached from the credit bureaus and i am still fighting that. I hired a credit repair company to help me with these disputes, as i am new to this. They are not coorporating and states that they are willing to take a settlement. I don't know what else to do so i am finally coming to you guys for some guidance please. I BELIEVE THERE ARE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS PLACED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY ARE COOPORATING
