Consumer Complaint: I have previously disputed two debts listed for collections by a 3td party agency via XXXX XXXX for XXXX an XXXX XXXX that were supposedly open in WA state in XXXX. Both were removed from my XXXX credit report as fraudulent. The agencies have apparently sold the debt to a new agency or the original creditors provided the info to a new agency and the debts are again showing on my credit listed with ICS Systems out of MN for XXXX XXXX {$240.00}, and XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX {$430.00}. I feel all creditors, Collections Agencies and Reporting agencies are grossly violating my rights as I have disputed these debts due to identity theft or fraud on multiple occasions and the accounts removed due to inability to validate the debt only to have them put back on my credit again by a new Collections agency that did not validate the debt and the Reporting agency did not prevent this repetitive abuse and harassment

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX a debt validation letter was sent to IC SYSYEM for three alleged debts for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX, XXXX XXXX F/K/A XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX, XXXX XXXX F/K/A XXXX XXXX XXXX. A CREDIT REPORTING REMOVAL letter was received XX/XX/XXXX stating that " they were unable to verify the information reported and have requested that any information provided to the credit reporting agencies regarding this account XXXX be deleted or removed ''. On two of three CREDIT REPORTING REMOVAL Documents that were sent one had my name spelled incorrectly as XXXX XXXX instead of XXXX XXXX that they appears on the other two documents. Shortly after receiving these documents IC SYSTEM was contacted at XXXX. I spoke to a agent who identified himself as XXXX or XXXX, who I then explained that document were received from your company stating a debt was to be removed, but my name was spelled incorrect. The agent puts me on hold to speak to his supervisor, and then comes back on the line, states that they will not send a corrected letter and then proceeds to try to collect on the debt in question of XXXX that in there own letter was admitted that they could not verify the debt. A argument erupts on the phone between myself and the agent, because of his refusal to correct the document that his company sent to me. Also to be noted the agent admitted that the document was a grammatical error, but refused to send a updated corrected version to me. The phone call ended after a few minutes of argumentative conversation with the agent saying I would receive a letter from them after I informed them that I would seek legal counsel if the matter is not corrected. Shortly after this XXXX, XXXX, XXXX were contacted to obtain procedure for complaint against IC SYSTEM. Shortly after this CFPB was contacted to get directive on how to file a complaint.
