Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I received a alert from my credit monitoring service of account on my credit report inserted by I.C SYSTEMS in the amount of {$130.00}. I mailed a certified letter if dispute requesting them to remove the account and to validate the debt. I have never received a bill statement for this amount and to remove. I also contacted XXXX on XXXX XXXX and to the billing department asking to send a itemized statement andcto dispute the charges. I was advised by Rep.XXXX XXXX that this would be disputed and validated. XXXX XXXX asked to check back in 48 hours. Ibwas given tickey # ( XXXX ). I called back again to XXXX and spoke with XXXX and was advised that there was no billing on the account. She stated that she would advised the collection agency to remove from my account. She stated that the ticket provided by XXXX was never escalated. She assured me that her tickt ( XXXX ) would be escalated and the account would be removed from collections as there was no proof that I owed the balance. Told me to allow 7 business days. She said I would receive an email confirmation of the outcome. Never happened. I called back again on XX/XX/2020 and spoke with XXXX and advised of the run around about this so called bill that I owe. It just appeared out of thin air. She stated she would also create a ticket to have this account looked into and removed. I was advised that she would personally call me back as she starts work at XXXX EST. I've never received that call to date. I reached out to XXXX today and spoke to XXXX. He advised me that all the tickets provided to me yielded no results. He stated that the collection department is saying i owe the debt, but they have no records of account to show. I advised him that this is in Violation of the FCRA. I also went to the local office and was told that the account shows XX/XX/XXXX balance and that they have no record of what the statement shows. This is a travesty and illegal. How can you say I owe a bill from over 2 years ago and not prove to me or the collection agency that I owe the debt. This unfair. I paid my bill in full. I also requested that the collection agency verify the debt and they have yet to respond. The account they are reporting is attached to XXXX. They should be able to provide me with information about this balance and they have failed. This was a internet essentials account for low income families for XXXX per month. Why am owing that balance? This is shame on XXXX. I will never use them again.

Consumer Complaint: The debt collection company known as IC Systems purchased the debt of {$310.00} dollars from XXXX XXXX XXXX and did not send notices and correspondence regarding the debt. Instead, they reported the debt to the credit reporting agencies. I found out about the debt through XXXX XXXX. This is a clear violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The debt collection company did not verify that the debt was mine. I never received any notices about this debt, and I do NOT owe this debt. Once I learned of the debt, I contacted the company to dispute it and the company refused to dispute it and remove the collection from the credit reporting agencies. Instead, they sent a letter threatening to report the debt to the national credit reporting agency. I am NOT paying what I do not owe.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems claimed to have ownership of a debt collection from XXXX. When I expressed concerns to them about this, they refused to provide proof. I had just paid off my debt to XXXX via XXXX XXXX ( who provided proper verification ) and XXXX themselves confirmed XXXX was the proper collection agency in charge of collecting the debt. When IC Systems was again contacted in regards to validity of account, they implied I was paying money to a fraudulent company ( referencing XXXX ) and needed to still pay them the full amount of {$1800.00}. I have since received a letter of fulfillment from XXXX XXXX and have again confirmed with XXXX that this debt has been settled properly and in full. I would like IC Systems to remove this debt as I have asked multiple times and this is negatively affecting my credit.

Consumer Complaint: I had an account with ic collections agency for circa {$260.00}. I saw that the original creditor was XXXX and they informed me the amount was {$340.00}. So I paid them on XX/XX/XXXX. I disputed the amount both with the company and the 3 bureaus. Both XXXX and XXXX updated it to XXXX $ while XXXX correctly knocked the debt for inaccuracies off. I have since disputed every month with both bureaus, and the collections agency, and they report this collections is somehow valid and active. I've disputed with the company with the receipt only to be ignored. The agency has shown inaccuracies in the dates, failure to communicate, inaccuracies in their reported amounts, and failure to acknowledge my receipt.

Consumer Complaint: There is a derogatory account from XXXX XXXX XXXX appearing on my credit report. My last payment on this account was in XXXX of XXXX, as that is when I switched to XXXX, which I have to date. XXXX XXXX XXXX has since sold my debt to IC System. They state that the account was recently opened on XX/XX/XXXX which is FALSE. Im guessing that is when IC Systems acquired the debt. It has now been 7 years since the last date of activity on the XXXX XXXX XXXX account. This debt should no longer be appearing on my credit report. IC systems has fraudulently stated Affected by natural disaster in the remarks section, as well as listed incorrect date the debt was opened. I am requesting that XXXX XXXX XXXX provide the signature page stating when the account was actually opened. IC Systems has blatantly provided false information to the credit bureaus in a gross and dishonest attempt to collect a debt that is now aged past 7 years. I would like this derogatory item removed from my credit report and a written apology from IC Systems.

Consumer Complaint: The original creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX. My daughter was seen at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I provided all insurance information which was XXXX XXXX XXXX during that time with an effective date of XX/XX/XXXX. The representative did not update her account with that information and caused an insurance denial on the XXXX policy that was termed in XX/XX/XXXX. I provided the updated insurance to XXXX the day of the visit, XXXX XXXX XXXX after receiving a bill and IC System ( collection agency ). This information apparently was still not updated. I spoke with XXXX in the billing department for XXXX XXXX XXXX. He was not able to pull up any account with my daughter 's name on it, only my name and nothing with that date of service. I haven't been to that hospital in 10 years. There are two issues, no account with my daughter 's information and the insurance information provided on multiple occasions and now this is showing on my credit report due to their negligence.
