Consumer Complaint: I.C Systems, INC is reporting a frivolous debt on my credit files in which I do not owe them. I have never in my life done any type of business with this company nor is there a contract that is binding me to this company. I have asked them to provide me with a copy of the legal contract with my wet ink signature and the wet ink signature of the company 's representative that shows that I entered into some type of business dealing with them but I was not provided that info. I have also asked them to delete this frivolous debt from my credit in which it still remains. I have never received any sum of money nor merchandise from this company so therefore I do not owe this company any money.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I placed an online order with XXXX XXXX XXXX for some XXXX accessories totaling {$810.00}. These parts seemed to be in stock. XXXX XXXX charged my credit card immediately but failed to ship my order. On XX/XX/2020 I requested XXXX XXXX cancel my order and refund my money. After not hearing back for several days, I filed a dispute with my Credit Card Company. On XX/XX/2020 after receiving notice of the dispute, I received an email from XXXX XXXX confirming the order cancelation. On XX/XX/2020, I received a threatening COLLECTIONS email from XXXX XXXX. This time they accused me of Cyber Theft. Apparently, two days after I filed the dispute and they indicated they canceled the order, XXXX XXXX shipped a package to the wrong address and that package is now lost. On XX/XX/2020, XXXX XXXX XXXX, with knowledge and intent, used my credit card information obtained from the XX/XX/2020 order, to illegally and fraudulently charge my XXXX Visa Card a second time. Further, they set this charge up as recurring so as to cause as much financial damage as possible. Because of XXXX XXXX actions, I had no other choice but to completely close my credit card and reopen a new card disrupting all of my recurring payments with other companies. Even though I won the credit card dispute and never received my order, XXXX XXXX turned me into collections. Shortly after I began receiving calls from ICSystem claiming I have unpaid debt in the amount of {$810.00}. I've sent ICSystem proof that the order had been canceled and indicated that I did not receive the shipment, they tell me that there is nothing they can do because their client ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) insists that I owe the debt and therefore they intend to report this debt to the credit bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: I submitted a letter to companies concerning these COLLECTION ACCOUNTS and stated these were not mine. None of these belong to me. I have requested several times that I.C. System INC validate the alleged DEBT XXXX NOT MINE /UNVERIFIED but my letters go unanswered without a respond.I.C. System INC are reporting account that does not belong to me and belongs to someone else. I have send this to them several time ... .... Please Provide Physical Proof of COMPLIANCE and Verification. If not physically irrefutable you are not authorized to retain or report this allegation so annul in brief today even right now or certificate that your testimony proves compliance and accuracy of every and one even each any and all OF THE data aspects. Subterfuge is unlawful, I demand that you return to or retain compliance as mandated and do so without injury AND or prejudices towards me now or thereafter. I am requesting proper documentation in the following form : YOU must provide a complete payment history. ( The requirement of which has been established via XXXX v XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX. ) Please provide a complete and fully executed ; true and certified copy of the original contract that was signed at the time this account was opened. XXXX XXXX XXXX. v. In addition, please provide a true and certified copy of any evidence you may have indicating that my client would be subject to such sale or assignment. The authorization to add your collection efforts to my credit profile. Intimate knowledge of the creation of the debt by you and the collection agency pursuant to the provisions outlined in the FDCPA. Proof that the date of the original debt was not prior to the statute of limitations. Show me that you are licensed to collect in my state. Provide me with your license numbers and Registered Agent. Also take notice that IF the original alleged creditor has a valid debt which is beyond the statute of limitations as prescribed by both state and federal law the collection of this debt is in violation of the law. There are fines for creditors or collection agencies, and credit bureaus if they try and Re-age an account by updating the date of last activity on a credit report in the hopes of keeping negative information on the account longer. This is pursuant to FCRA Section 605 ( c ) running of the reporting period. This is measured from the original contract date or last communication. Further, Title 15 U.S.C. 45 ( a ) provides a remedy with Federal Trade Commission on entities that engage in unfair or deceptive act or practice in or affecting commerce that will subject your agency to a formal complaint by the FTC. Section 45 ( a ) ( 1 ) provides : Unfair methods of competition in or affecting commerce, and unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce, are hereby declared unlawful. Emphasis added mine. Section 45 ( b ) provides that the FTC can issue a formal complaint under the thrust of an Order to Show Cause why an order should not be entered by the Commission requiring such person, partnership, or corporation to cease and desist from the violation of the law so charged in said complaint which in this case would be the unfair or deceptive acts or practices of allowing false, fraudulent, misleading and or unverified debt claims against my name. Please provide me with a true and certified copy of the complete audit XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of said account. Consumer Complaint: A couple of years ago I had XXXX XXXX XXXX Cable TV and Internet When I moved back to Florida I called XXXX XXXX XXXX to cancel my subscription and ask about the last day of my service month. After being told I paid the account to date and XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me instructions as to where to take the equipment which in this case was to any XXXX XXXX. Once I returned to Florida I took the equipment that a return was required to my local XXXX XXXX. I have been receiving these collection notices for a few months now and have talked with a rep from this company IC Systems and told them I refuse to pay for a debt I should not owe! I did want I was suppose to do. I have dealt with XXXX XXXX XXXX in the past with my cell phone and I left them because they can't keep billing straight. This is another example of their incompetence. I want this removed and the collection efforts ceased!

I have continued to follow every step on removing false accounts that are reporting and they have yet to comply. They have exceeded the 30 days multiple times and at this point, the issue has not been resolved. They keep reporting accounts that do not belong to me. I have mailed several letters via certified mail, that are dated, that have everything listed in detail, that have everything required and they still are not doing their job in removing their items. System, Inc Reported On XX/XX/XXXX Account Balance : {$100.00} Account # - XXXX XXXX XXXX - Ticket # - XXXX ; XXXX I called I.c. System, Inc. to inquire about the charge and was told that it was related to XXXX XXXX. They claimed it was related to an account that was closed in XXXX. At no time have I been made aware of the debt. I was never given a chance to dispute it. I have returned every equipment I ever collected from XXXX XXXX. This company has a pattern of misplacing returned equipment and coercing former customers into making payments. I have made multiple attempts to contact XXXX XXXX and have been promised a call back, all to no avail. I would like this unsubstantiated charge removed from my credit report. I'd greatly appreciate your help.

Consumer Complaint: I was a XXXX customer. On XX/XX/2019, I returned to XXXX all its equipment. The same day I returned the equipment, I took another internet service with XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX received the equipment on XX/XX/XXXX, and I also called them to let them know that I returned the equipment. In XXXX, XXXX sent a bill mentioning XXXX past due. As a result, I called them to remind them that I haven't used XXXX for almost two months, and why they keep on sending bill to me. I also sent to them the return receipt along a formal correspondence in which I explained that I don't have in my possession any XXXX equipment. Surprisingly, in XXXX XXXX sent another bill with XXXX and XXXX past due. I did the same thing by calling them to clarify the case. In XXXX, I received a correspondence from XXXX mentioning that I have been disconnected for non payment, and I have been charged {$330.00}. All I have tried was in vain. Finally XXXX has sent the case to credit collectors. At least, three credits collectors have attempted to collect the {$330.00}. Right after I sent the proof that I returned to XXXX its equipments, they returned the case to XXXX. Now XXXX has sent the case to a fourth credit collector, which is I.C System. This is why I am writing this complaint
