Consumer Complaint: I challenge the accuracy, compliance and reportability of these listings. There is no valid claim, no contracts exist ... account was settled with creditor and has been confirmed.I have never been late either. I am quite appalled and indignant. ( Debts can not be collected twice ). Grave errorsfalse claims and reportingsI want this account removed immediately or litigation may follow As per FTC opinion letter from Attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX, you should be aware that a printout of a bill or itemized document does not constitute verification.I am again formally requesting a copy of any documents, bearing my signature, showing that I have a legally binding contractual obligation to pay you the alleged amount.Be aware that I am making a final goodwill attempt to have you clear up this matter. The listed items are inaccurate and incomplete and represents a very serious error in your reporting. You must provide me a copy of ANY original documentation required under Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) & Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) and under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA you are required to promptly DELETE all information which can not be verified. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020, I learned there were four medical debts sent to collections. The collection agency is I.C. System, Inc. I disputed the collections with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, because I was not aware of these medical bills. I have no information regarding this medical bills. Apparently, I.C. System, Inc, verified the debt with all three credit bureaus. On XX/XX/2020, I contacted I.C. System to find out why I have medical debts in collections. The medical debts total in over {$6200.00}. I found out they have a total of 6 debts in collections. I requested for itemized bill for the collection of over {$6200.00}. I.C. System refused to send me an itemized bill. They said I have to contact the original creditor. I.C. System is trying to collect on a debt I don't even know what it is. They should be sending me an itemized bill so that I can review it to find out whether I was charged correctly or not. Please contact I.C. System and have them either send me an itemized bill or have them immediately remove all medical debts from collections on all of my credit reports.

Consumer Complaint: I recently received a bill from the below listed Credit collection agency. When I inquired who the retailer was, they failed to give me relative information pertaining to address, phone numbers, or a copy of the initial purchase request. Although they supplied the name of the company and their own account number, they failed to supply a purchase order, address of same, nor a phone number. The collection agency is as follows : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, MN XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX Department of Consumer Affairs License # XXXX and XXXX ) In substance, it states that I have a delinquent account, submitted to them from the following retailer : XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Account No. XXXX ) ( I.C. systems ref # XXXX ) ( UNKNOWN FORWARDING ADDRESS OR PHONE. ) I am a XXXX, and I am currently on Social Security XXXX and receive a XXXX pension from my ex-employer. Occasionally, XXXX supply companies call me to pitch XXXX supplies. My understanding, according to their statements, that all fees would be covered by XXXX, at no cost to me. They never told me that their would be a fee for this service, and I don't recall signing an agreements for said products. The collection service also stated that they will attempt to mail me a retailer 's copy of an invoice, and that I shouldn't, worry because I still had thirty ( 30 ) days to respond, to their notice. I felt that I should submit this report in any event. In the event they state contacting me via phone line, then they should be investigate for calling a registered DO NOT CALL PHONE. There are three addresses in my county that are the same, and the only thing that distinguishes one from the other is North, East, West, and South. My family and I live at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Consumer Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report this week and I found multiple inaccuracies on my credit report from the 3 major credit bureaus from a collection company that I never have dealt with before. I've attempted several times to ratify the issue with the original creditors and credit bureaus and they still reporting inaccurate, unverifiable information. I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and they reported you confirmed the account as valid. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4. Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in this state. 5. Please evidence proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. 6. Please provide a complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity. You have 30 days upon receipt of this letter to provide strict proof of contract. In the event you can not provide strict proof of contract, you must cease and desist any and all collection efforts and immediately remove any derogatory information reported to the consumer reporting agencies. Consumer Complaint: I have the money to pay my account in full and was Willing to do so but after receiving legal advice, I requested an email or letter in writing stating the XXXX would be paid in full and taken off my credit report. I was told, " we don't do that! ". I explained several times, I was prepared to pay the above amount in full but needed something in writing. I even suggested they send me a simple email with a letter stating the accepted pay off amount and removal of account with all three credit bureaus. Once again, they refused. I can not go against my legal council in this situation and don't understand the apprehension. In addition, they are strongly opposed to my wanting a paper trail by paying with a money order. Once again, I was advised by legal council to not give any bank account information. They are destroying my credit by hitting me with late payments and are unwilling to accept payment in lieu of this simple email.

Consumer Complaint: Dispute was filed with XXXX and XXXX online XX/XX/2020 for accounts that DO NOT BELONG to me on my credit reports. I have also sent information to prove who I am by mail to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and dispute these accounts. I have contacted the lenders of origin and collection companies in attempt to have erroneous accounts removed from my credit report. XXXX Customer Service Executive from NY has submitted paperwork for two accounts to be removed from credit reports for total of approximately {$1000.00}. Yesterday received letters from XXXX XXXX stating that these accounts were verified in dispute and belong to me. I called them and my social security number does not match the one on the accounts. I am not even a XXXX consumer. They were unable to resolve. Call to and certified letter sent to XXXX XXXX and they have yet to respond to dispute of approximately {$17000.00} written off and collection of approximately $ XXXX XXXX XXXX in collection by XXXX {$100.00} has not responded. IC systems collections {$1000.00} continues to show on reporting. I am attempting to have a VA Mortgage loan processed and these accounts are causing me financial damage and the VA is unable to complete the loan until the items in dispute are removed. I have all documents to prove who I am, where I have lived for the past 36 years, my social security number, etc. The remainder of my report shows excellent credit with an exceptional payment history on MY accounts. These credit bureaus have about 20 addresses listed- two of which are accurate and 14 phone numbers-two accurate. How quickly these credit bureaus and credit reporters can enter wrongful information and slowly do they work to clean up their mess. It is a vicious undertaking to personally attempt to correct the errors of, collection agencies and credit reporting. There should be a dual entry of information into these systems. One person enter and another have to enter to make sure that all information matches.

Consumer Complaint: This had been an on going issues for three years. Original was from XXXX XXXX XXXX ( or they said they are XXXX XXXX XXXX This cellphone account was opened at New Jersey, where I have never been and phone bill unpaid for up {$1500.00}. I have called XXXX XXXX XXXX and told them that was not me because it was not my name. XXXX XXXX XXXX tried to get my name and I would not tell them because if I have opened that account, they should have known my name. Therefore, they have transferred this bill along with my address to different collection companies. When I called XXXX XXXX XXXX, it couldn't get into the fraud account. It said there were passwords. It made me wondering because what kind of company will open an account that their own administrators can't get in? Maybe it is an inside job? Maybe XXXX XXXX XXXX is also an fraud?
