Upon, further research, this account was transferred/sold, and I am no longer responsible for the account. Debtor 's credit did not verify this collection. also, there was NO written form of communication, contract, or signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without a signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say its mines. According to the FCRA, I C System has violated my rights as a consumer, and I am requesting legal action to remove this account immediately.

I C SYSTEM did NOT provide me a HIPAA release that releases my medical information to them, therefore by providing such information they are in VIOLATION of my HIPAA rights. I am proceeding with legal action as prescribed by law against the above named original creditor/collection agency should this item not be deleted within the required time allowed by law. I will seek every legal remedy available to me and file suit against the credit bureau responsible for reporting this violation. Consumer Complaint: I received a collection letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from I.C. System demanding {$150.00} from me for a medical bill they stated I owe to them. Because I did not recall having medical services with their company nor XXXX XXXX and XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent a debt validation letter to I.C. Systems requesting that they provide me with The name and address of the original creditor, the account number, and the amount owed. A copy of the original contract that I signed for services. Verification that there is a valid basis for claiming I am required to pay the current amount. Details about the age and amount of the debt including a copy of the last billing statement from the original creditor : a detailed explanation of any interest added or payments made since the last billing statement and the legal authorization for this interest, the date the original creditor claims this debt became delinquent. Whether this debt is within the statute of limitations and how that was determined. Proof of your authority to collect this debt, whether you are licensed in my state and if so, provide the date of the license, name on the license number, and the license number of the state agency issuing the license. If you are contacting me from outside my state, provide the licensing information from your state as well. I was shocked when I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX that had an attached letter that was a medical report with my PHI. I never signed a release, I never provided a copy of my state issued identification card, nor did I fill out any forms requesting a copy of my medical report. I.C. System negligently released my PHI to an unknown source without any written consent. Even more concerning is the accounting information listed on the document that I.C. System provided to me. The total amount states {$150.00}, the payment/adjustment states {$150.00} and the balanced owed states {$0.00}. I.C. System has engaged in HIPPA violations, they have violated my civil rights and they are attempting to collect on a debt that has a XXXX balance according to their own records. I am requesting that this company cease all contact and collection efforts with me. I am also request that there be an audit and an in depth investigation into the collection practices of this company.

Consumer Complaint: There is a negative credit report due to an alleged 10+ year old XXXX XXXX overdue bill of {$550.00}. I have not had a XXXX account in over 10+ years minimum. Ive tried resolving with XX/XX/XXXX directly via phone and online and also with XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX with no success. This alleged overdue balance is over 10 years old, minimum. This is ludicrous that an alleged balance that is over 10+ years has just recently been placed on my credit report. It severely past the statute of limitations and with any research this can be verified. I have not received any literature or a " Validation Letter '' regarding this for clarification or to directly dispute/resolve with XX/XX/XXXX The credit report on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXXis under the company of IC Systems and was opened XX/XX/2019 and as mentioned is already on my credit report and has already impacted my life negatively. I am also contacting the other Federal and State corresponding departments to file reports.

I do not and I have never owed XXXX a {$170.00} Term. Fee. I have statements I paid from XXXX ( {$10000.00} ) .I paid every month, even the last three months that I had no internet connection or land phone ( XXXX XXXX ) .I terminated XXXX XXXX. Via phone on XX/XX/XXXX and Returned Equipment XXXXI PAID all charges owed through XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX they tacked on a Termination Fee I didn't owe, had never been told of or spoke of from any XXXX XXXX a Fraudulent, illegal charge. In XXXX XXXX when the fraudulent charge was removed from all of my credit reports, XXXX went to another Collection agency-icSystem, letter dated XXXX-Received XX/XX/XXXX, with the same illegal fraudulent charge. Letter is threatening me, if I don't pay the {$170.00} or at least settle to pay # XXXX the charge will go as a Collection against me within 30 days to all national credit agencies. XXXX blatantly gets another Collection agency to represent them to try to keep a fraudulent charge I never owed, against me on my credit reports. I had even paid for the months I had no service ( XXXX ). You can see from all of the accounts I have in good standing, no past due or over limit, I properly pay what I owe, but I don't pay wrong, illegal, fraudulent charges I do not owe.I do not owe Comcast-icSystems, or any of the XXXX Collection Agencies ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX ). The audacity of XXXX to deliberitly and fraudulently attempt to swindle money out of an impoverished XXXX XXXX such as myself and to blatantly disregard all of the Credit Bureaus decision to remove the XXXX/Collection agency charge from my credit reports by hiring another Collection agency-icSystem thinking they could disregard/disrespect the Credit Bureaus and me by side-stepping through another agency to immediately keep attacking me.I attempted reasoning with XXXX XXXX, when I made a final payment to them of XXXX arrogantly refused to listen or reason. This fraudulent charge has cost me Insurance and Finances in a time of dire need.Can you correct/delete this problem? I have also contacted FTC. XXXXCollection Agencies should not be able to Illegally Harrass me for a debt I never owed, especially less than a week after the Credit Bureaus deleted it from my credit reports. Isn't it illegal to negatively charge a Continuity without express consent? Can you please Stop this erroneous bully XXXX from further harm of me and others. Thank you,

They informed me about an electrical bill that is past due to XXXX XXXX, from an address that I never resided at. I informed them that I don't know anything about this bill, never received any debt demanding letters nor any bills from XXXX XXXX or from IC Systems Collections and I asked them to remove their false report from my Credit History. Immediately I called XXXX XXXX, I was worried about my personnel information being compromised. XXXX XXXX was not able to find an account in my name either. I informed IC SYSTEMS Collections about XXXX XXXX not being able to find an account under my name. They said that they have to validate the debt with their client. In this case, I asked IC SYSTEMS COLLECTIONS to remove any collection records from my Credit Report, since they are not able to validate the debt. AT the moment, I am in process of buying a house. The IC Systems Collections refuses to remove their collection record from my Credit Report. IC SYSTEMS COLLECTIONS committed an unfair and illegal act which violates my rights under Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 808 and 809. I asked for your assistance in resolving this matter.
