Consumer Complaint: Around XXXX XXXX, I was notified by my bank that my credit score was significantly and negatively impacted. Following up on the issues, it appeared that XXXX XXXX XXXX ( in XXXX, IN ) reported me for two unpaid bills for the total of {$250.00} to the credit bureau and the I.C. SYSTEM, INC collection agency for the bills that I had never received. In the following days after I received the notice of my credit loss, I contacted the XXXX XXXX XXXX to inquire about the unknown bills, despite multiple calls and requests to speak to someone in the finance office, they hung up the phone. In the meantime, I paid the unknown bill to I.C. SYSTEM, INC, while at the point I still did not have a bill or an itemized invoice. After spending over 40 hours between contacting my bank, the collection agency, the credit bureau, and the XXXX XXXX XXXX, I finally received a bill that indicted two days of visit in XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I tried to dispute the charges pertaining to the visit in XX/XX/XXXX, which was denied by the XXXX XXXX XXXX. The nature of my dispute was that due to extreme XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I made a visit to the XXXX XXXX XXXX, and that was my final visit which was towards the end of XX/XX/XXXX. On the day of the visit, I told my doctor and the nurse that I was suffering from a XXXX XXXX XXXX. The doctor used a swab to check if my throat had any infections. At the end of the visit, she mentioned that I did not have any infections but they would have to send the swab to the lab for further examination. Despite my XXXX XXXX XXXX the doctor sent me home while not prescribing any medication for me. After 10 days of suffering at home, while I kept calling the clinic back to get some medication for my temperature and sore throat, I finally received a call from the clinic indicating that my results came back positive, meaning that I had a XXXX XXXX, while the doctor missed it on the day of my visit and caused me XXXX XXXX Due to this clinic 's negligence in not providing me with the appropriate and timely care that I needed, my XXXX XXXX continued until XX/XX/XXXX, while the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I experienced XXXX XXXX XXXX for an extended time which was examined and cared for at another medical clinic. I expect to be fully refunded for the amount I was charged by XXXX XXXX XXXXI.C. SYSTEM, INC.

I disputed this item XX/XX/XXXX informing XXXX credit bureau that this account was inaccurate this came back as verified through XXXX, which XXXX deleted as inaccurate on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX came back as verified on XX/XX/XXXX. I then submitted a second letter asking for verification documents on my signature and contract. Once again came back as verified with no proof of such verification on XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: this company calls me multiple times a week and every time I answer they ask for me and then hang up. I was contacted earlier today and again I was hung up on. I called back and the woman name " XXXX XXXX '' would not state the nature of the business or purpose of the call. I specifically asked if this is a collection agency and the woman kept stating the company name instead of confirming she is working for a collection agency. This is breaking multiple different laws. She was being evasive and using aggressive collection tactics. I will report this company to the attorney general and FTCC for violating FDCPA. I also called again to get a mailing address to send over a Verbal Cease and Desist. These phone calls are harassing and abusive. I will be seeking legal assistance to ensure this does not happen again.

Consumer Complaint: It was proven to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) that the debt they are trying to collect belonged to my deceased grandmothers home at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX They constantly called me even after I asked them not to because I had muy own account with them in good standing but they didn't stop. My grandmother passed away and because I was simply authorized on her account because she had XXXX, they threatened me that if I wouldn't pay they would put this on my credit. I told them that was illegal and now my credit had dropped over 40 points because of this. They hired a collections agency who was given all of the information they needed to not do what they did. I am filing a complaint both against XXXX collection department and IC Systems because BOTH are responsible and engaged in illegal activity. When collection agencies or departments receive proof they are not suppose to just ignore it and cause hardship and suffering to people. The CFPB should also be using these complaints to investigate, especially because XXXX XXXX XXXX is operating a collections department and violating Fair Debt Policies.. I couldn't find their name as a company that we could file a complaint against.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX my house was burned down due to a fire. The firefighters had no control over the fire due to it being on fire for more than 20 minutes. The house was very small in the XXXX XXXX, NC near XXXX XXXX. I reported the disaster to the satellite company which was providing cable services at the time and sent in the fire report, XXXX XXXX report, and the MP report. I was told by the rep. that all was forgiving due to it being a natural/ unintended disaster. I have disputed this for the last 5 years because it is holding me back from buying a home, getting a car, or just applying from credit cards. Every time I dispute they refuse to remove it from my credit report. I.C. SYSTEM, INC has been charging {$280.00} for a situation that was handled in 2014. Please help!

Upon, further research, this account was transferred or sold and I am no longer responsible for the account. Debtors creditor did not verify this collection. Also, there was NO written form of communication, contract, or signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without a signature does not validate the debt, and anybody can send a bill and say it belongs to me. According to the FCRA, I.C. System INC has violated my rights as a consumer and Im requesting legal action to remove this account immediately.

Consumer Complaint: IC SYSTEMS is reporting erroneously on my credit file. I recently checked my credit file and noticed a bunch of medical debt being reported on my credit file. They are reporting on my credit file for a debt that I dont owe, I am unaware of any debts that I owe because I have been working with the hospital & I have insurance as well as medical hardship. This debt should have never been sent to collection. This is erroneous and needs to be removed.
