Several years ago I had an employee of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sign me up fraudulently for contracts. I complained to attorney generals and the XXXX. I was told the employee was fired and i would have to sue them. I was also told it would be removed. Please help me get this off my credit report. Seems like some local XXXX Florida XXXX business tricks. Again.

I complained after reading it was against the law to have 3rd party collection agencies appear on my report. yet all 3 are letting them report and now wont even discuss the fact they are breaking their own Laws. Now there is something on my credit from a check cashing company which I have not used since 1992 WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE CONTINUALLY BREAKING THE LAWS AND NOT BEING HELD LIABLE??

Consumer Complaint: I tried to send them a letter last XXXX asking for a copy of a signed contract bearing my signature, a copy of the payment statements of this account from which IC System is reporting to the credit reporting agency. I am asking for debt valisatin. Tracking number : XXXX Debt Validation : 1.Who was the original creditor on this account, and what was the account number? 2.What was the original amount owed? 3.Please provide me documentation that indicates that I agreed to pay someone this sum of money. 4.What was the original date of delinquency for this account? 5.Agreement that grants you the authority to collect on this alleged debt, or proof of acquisition by assignment. 6.What did you pay for this account, and how did you calculate the current amount owed? I never received any response regarding my request and they did not update the credit report as disputed. However, they sent me a letter stating that IC System will no longer collect the debt and will return the account to the original creditor but they never did. It's still showing on my latest credit report that they are still collecting on it. IC System is violating the FCRA for reporting this account with inconsistent and inaccurate information that I disputed which they then did not update to the credit reporting agencies as " disputed '' and continues to report inconsistent account information which is in direct violation of the FCRA.

Consumer Complaint: DEFINITION of Zombie Debt : I had internet service with XXXX and moved, I brought my equipment and closed the account ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and opened new account ( XX/XX/XXXX ) with XXXX at the new address, which I kept for 13 months ( XX/XX/XXXX ). The manager ensured that the account was Closed, and I never received any information that the old account was not properly closed in the XXXX system. The service at New Address was never interrupted for any reason ( such as Non-Payment ). I ended that contract ( with XXXX ) after 13 months and moved to another service ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). In XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX XXXX that I owed {$210.00} and it was reported to all ( 3 ) Credit Agencies. I hired a Lawyer and sent a letter Disputing the Validity of this Debt. It was Removed from ( 3 ) Credit Agencies shortly thereafter. In XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX that I owed {$210.00} and it was reported to all ( 3 ) Credit Agencies. I again hired a Lawyer and sent a letter Disputing the Validity of this Debt. It was Removed from ( 3 ) Credit Agencies shortly thereafter. In XX/XX/XXXX In XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from I.C. System that I owed {$210.00} and it was reported to all ( 3 ) Credit Agencies. I was able to Dispute at ( 2 ) Credit Agencies, but ( 1 ) Credit Agency has marked the erroneous debt a Valid. I have AGAIN hired a Lawyer to Dispute the Validity of this erroneous debt. My Credit Score has taken an 86 Point Drop ( from high 700 's to high 600 's ). I was in process of making a major purchase, which I have now had to put on hold to correct these errors. The fact that Debt Collectors ( such as I.C. Systems ) will purchase bundled debt obligations without the previous Debt Collectors ( XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX ) scrubbing erroneous customer information is the Definition of Zombie Debt, it just won't go away. My attorney actually recommended that I pay a debt that I don't owe, but agreed that it might not be removed from my Credit Report.

Consumer Complaint: I would like to take action against I.C. Systems for knowingly violating my rights under the fair credit reporting act - Section FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ). I had a debt that was suppose of been taken care of back in 2018. I do not owe this debt. I have fought XXXX XXXX to get this bill credited back to my account. I had XXXX XXXX service in 2018. In XXXX of 2018, i had moved to a different area. XXXX XXXX informed me that they would not be able to connect service in my area do to lack of signal. They said they had no choice to let me out of my contract. They said the early termination fee will be waved in this case. I returned all 3 cable boxes which i enclosed a receipt for. XXXX XXXX applied the early termination fee to my account anyways, along with equipment charges that was returned. I kept calling them to credit these charges back. They finally did in XXXX of 2018. A few years later, i get a bill from a collection agency reapplying these charges. I been fighting these collection agencies because they been illegally selling back this debt when there is no amount owed!!! This is unlawful! Now this collection agency sent me a new bill for the same charges! IC systems has violated my rights by changing the original last day of payment made on this account. The last delinquency date on this account was in XXXX XXXX. I have not made a payment on this account since then. Any past due amounts i have already paid. These charges are for equipment charges which was returned, and for an early termination fee which was suppose to be waved! I have enclosed a few bills i received so you know i am telling the truth. By law, when a collection agency buys a debt, they must keep the original last date of delinquency on the buyers credit report. They are not allowed to change this date in anyway! This is what they call the time of limitations of a debt. The time a debt can legally stay on someone's credit report. They took it upon themselves, and changed this date to the date they bought this debt! This is illegal and unlawful!!! This is not counting the fact that the debt is not even owed! I want to file charges against I.C. Systems for violating my rights under the fair credit reporting act for damages done to my report! I have enclosed documentation for this account.

Consumer Complaint: IC System ( https : //www.icsystem.com/ ) is calling me multiple times a day, claiming they're trying to collect a debt on behalf of XXXX. They are also calling me at night. I do not owe this money -- I have never been a client of XXXX. I asked IC System for verification of the debt, and they said that they could not send me verification. I have never had any account with XXXX. I contacted XXXX and they agree they have no record of any account under my name or SSN. They have already processed a fraud claim. This is the third collection agency that has harassed me about debt to XXXX. The last one was back only two months ago. IC System uses aggressive tactics and refuses to provide proof of debt.
