Consumer Complaint: I noticed a collection account by I.C. System on my credit report. I sent them a data validation to send me any contractual agreement information that I have with I. C. System. They are stating that I owe this alleged debt but I have no recollection of this company or account. To my knowledge, it is illegat to collect money for something when you do not have any legal standing to collect that debt. They are hurting my livelihood by reporting fraudulent information on my credit report. They are breaking the law and I take this very seriously. According to the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act 623. Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors. A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. By the inaccuracy they are reporting two completely different information to the credit reporting agencies. This is unfair practices and it needs to be removed.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems is reporting debts on my credit file that are not mine. Please note that this is not a refusal to pay, but I am asking for validation. Under the FDCPA, I have to right to request validation and I am requesting proof that I am the party you are asking to pay this debt and that there is some contractual obligation that is binging on me to pay this debt. I am NOT requesting verification but a request that validation is made. I ask that your offices provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you. During this time, if your office continues to report invalidated information to any of the 3 major credit bureaus, this can constitute fraud under both federal and state laws. If you continue to report I will not hessite in bringing legal action against you for violation of the FDCPA and defamation of character. If IC Systems is able to provide proper documentation I will require 60 days to investigate this information and during such time all collection activity must cease. If you fail to respond within the 30 days, all references to this account must be deleted and removed from credit and copy of a deletion letter shall be sent to me immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I C System has placed a collection on my credit profiles claiming that I owe {$230.00} to XXXX XXXX. I've NEVER had services with XXXX before as I've used XXXX or other services under the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I'm not sure how they tied my name with this erroneous debt! I've contacted this company twice by mail ( in which I have the USPS tracking number as proof of delivery ) and three times by phone. They have yet to resolve this issue. They have yet to verify with my signature or any other means because they can't.

Consumer Complaint: This company said that they sent their response directly to me and provided a copy to the CFPB, this is false. I have not received anything from them or the CFPB. I notice that you are still reporting this collection on my credit report, which is considered to be a collection activity. You are now in violation of the FCPDA and need this account deleted.

Consumer Complaint: Im confused and stressed and shocked when I reviewed my credit report this week and I found multiple inaccuracies on my credit report from the 3 major credit bureaus from a collection company that I never have dealt with before. I've attempted several times to ratify the issue with the original creditors and credit bureaus and they still reporting inaccurate, unverifiable information. I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and they reported you confirmed the account as valid. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4. Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in this state. 5. Please evidence proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. 6. Please provide a complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity. You have 30 days upon receipt of this letter to provide strict proof of contract. In the event you can not provide strict proof of contract, you must cease and desist any and all collection efforts and immediately remove any derogatory information reported to the consumer reporting agencies. In addition, you will need to provide me your agreement, in writing, that you are closing your file, ceasing collecting activity, and deleting all information related to this reference number from any and all credit reports youve furnished the information to. In the event you transfer this account to an attorney without providing proof of contract, and proving your claim, he/she will be immediate reported to the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX for code of ethics violations.
