Consumer Complaint: This is a formal complaint that you are reporting inaccurate and incomplete credit information. I am distressed that you have included the information below in my credit profile and that you have failed to maintain reasonable procedures in your operations to assure maximum possible accuracy in the credit reports you publish. Do not disclose any of my transaction and experience information to any affiliate of yours. b. Do not disclose any information about me in connection with marketing agreements between you and any other company. 3. Consumer Complaint: I reviewed a copy of my credit report and I saw that there were collection items, and charge off items listed that I wasn't aware of. I attempted to contact the companies and request verification and received nothing back. I understand that this is a violation of FDCPA and need to have accounts deleted. I also tried speaking with the CEO of XXXX about late payments that were reported on my account, which is also unverifiable, which is again, a violation of FDCPA, and need all late payments removed.

Consumer Complaint: I had a car accident in XX/XX/XXXX. All the medical bills were to be paid by my vehicle insurance policy to XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). XXXX did not agree to the amounts paid by the insurance company and passed the debt onto me. XXXX owns the debt and placed the debt with IC Systems. IC Systems took the aggregate debt and broke it into six ( 6 ) separate collections on the same bill! IC Systems then began reporting these six ( 6 ) collections to the credit reporting agencies. IC Systems received a notice of dispute. DESPITE receiving a notice of dispute - IC Systems fraudulently represented to the credit bureaus that I was delinquent on the bill though the bill was disputed and the dispute shows on the credit bureaus as a disputed bill. IC Systems in ore top harm my credit - continues to fraudulently represent this bill is delinquent. Each time I apply for credit - IC Systems adds another delinquent notice into the credit bureaus to further harm my credit using abusive tactics. **IC System 's abusive tactics have real world economic impact. As a disabled veteran seeking a home loan - this impacted my ability to refinance my home during the COVID19 pandemic. Last year, I contacted XXXX as the current legal owner of the bill to tell them about the abusive tactics by IC Systems. I contacted XXXX by formal letter and by email. XXXX did not respond to the notice of dispute or complaint. I have included screenshots taken from the underwriting department of a mortgage company attempting to refinance my home - showing the abusive tactics of IC Systems fraudulently representing I am in a payment plan with reported delinquencies. A debt validation letter was sent to XXXX - as the owner of the debt - on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX FAILED to respond to the debt validation letter.
