Consumer Complaint: XXXX is FRAUDULANTLY REPORTING a delinquent account that they have full knowledge was fraudulantly created by their own sales representative seeking a commission. Some 2 years ago, a XXXX installer knocked on my door to install XXXX cable service that XXXX ) I never ordered, 2 ) had no knowledge of and 3 ) I DECLINED ANY INSTALLATION OF OR SERVICE. This all took place after I moved to my current residence at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX Florida, where I have NEVER HAD XXXX EQUIPMENT OR SERVICE OF ANY KIND ( including without limitation internet, cable or any other service from XXXX XXXX. The installer determined that some XXXX SALES REP created the fake account to earn a commission. The XXXX installer told me I needed to call XXXX to correct, which I did on at least 5 occasions. Rather than following the paperwork to determine WHO AT XXXX CREATED THE FRAUDULANT ACCOUNT TO BEGIN WITH, XXXX continued to arrogantly make it my problem. XXXX HAS NEVER PROVIDED EVEN A DAYS WORTH OR SERVICE OF ANY KIND TO ME AT THIS HOME ( we have and continue to use XXXX XXXX from day 1 ). XXXX and their collection agenecies have been notified of the FRAUD ad nauseum, but continue to take no responsibility to fix the problem ( which could easily be fixed by them merely tracking their sale rep that created the fake account to begin with ). They are a company that is too big to care, and instead WRONGFULLY AND FRAUDULANTLY made the intentional bad faith decision to report this fake account to my credit, causing significant actual damages to me and my finances. This is wrongful, intentional and deserving of punitive damages - they need to be punished for these careless, lazy and completely wrongful bad-faith actions. XXXX has been notified of the above NUMEROUS TIMES on RECORDED LINES, which I hereby request access to under the Freedom of Information Act.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX my mother and I decided we would merge our cell phone accounts together. We called in and did this. We got everything changed and working and I asked the guy any outstanding bills for the number ending in XXXX after this he advised no. A little while goes by and I receive a bill in the mail for {$140.00}. I call XXXX and spoke to a representative and advised we were told no balance for me and she stated that she didn't see any notes on my account but because of the inconvenience she would cut the bill in half and I would then owe {$73.00} and to give it 24 to 48 hrs to show on the account and call back. So I called back 4 days later really upset cause not only did I receive another bill in the mail but this time it was 219.75 so instead of taking the {$73.00} off they added it sent it to collections and reported this information to all 3 credit bureaus. After repeated calls to XXXX I decided I was getting no where so I went and called the Collection agency and paid a settlement in the amount of {$160.00} to get rid of this and be done with it since nobody will help me and take responsibility so called the collection company to ask why this was still an open balance on my credit report XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to XXXX and she stated they didn't receive my payment but sent me a payment receipt XXXX bal. I paid more then what I was supposed to and now this. I am trying to purchase a house and this being reported to all 3 credit bureaus after stating it would not be is very upsetting. Even after all this I still have been trying to call XXXX and the collection companies all to get nowhere and completely disrespected and no help to resolve what so ever. I have never been talked to or treated in such a manor it was ridiculous. Nobody wanted to hear or acknowledge anything I tried to say. Like I was just lying trying to get out of a bill I was very offended. I still have XXXX for my cell phone and XXXX for cable and internet and I am seriously considering breaking my contract and moving elsewhere very disappointed.

Consumer Complaint: I have received a copy of my credit report and it shows company I C SYSTEM ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX ) account number XXXX. Per FDCPA I am aware that a charge off or collection account is a direct violation due to reporting a balance. The balance must be reported as {$0.00}. Currently I am being violated due to FDCPA because there is an open balance listed on my credit report in the amount of {$1200.00}. I have tried many times to get this verified with no such luck. Please review for deletion.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, IC SYSTEM, a Collection agency, did not contact me prior to submitting my information to Credit Bureau or to inform me of my account in their agency. I was not aware of the pending complaint until I received an alert from my credit bureau dated XX/XX/XXXX. I then proceeded to get the contact information from the credit bureau to be able to contact them. I called IC System on XX/XX/2021, and requested them to send the information on file. I finally received a Validation letter on XX/XX/2021. After several phone calls, I came to find out I was not aware and not informed of my collection status. The damage on my Credit report made me lose a position on the last process of hiring and also an opportunity to refinance my loan.
