Consumer Complaint: After reviewing my credit profile on XX/XX/2021 I identified a discrepancy with account listed under IC System Inc. and requested a validation on XX/XX/2021 as this was an account that I did not recognize. I reviewed my credit report again on XX/XX/2021 and the account continues to reflect on my credit report and I have not received any correspondence from creditor to validate this account as correctly belonging to me nor has any update been made on my credit report to reflect that the accounts are disputed and therefore a 2nd validation letter was sent out on this day. As of XX/XX/2021 I have not received the requested validation in a timely manner according to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and I do not believe the account belongs to me nor do I believe that the creditor has authorization to access the account nor authorization to attempt to collect on the account and the account continues to negatively affect me. Please strike and remove this account from all 3 credit bureaus until adequate validation has been received proving that the account belongs to me and all information is correct.

Consumer Complaint: I moved residence and changed utility providers on XX/XX/XXXX, so ended my service with XXXX and made XXXX what I assumed was XXXX my final payment. They failed to mail me any additional invoice or call me with any updates/outstanding charges and I thought that we ended on good terms, since I even returned the equipment and confirmed with one of their store representatives. On XX/XX/XXXX, I saw a collection from XXXX XXXX on my XXXX report for {$55.00}. I immediately contacted XXXX and spoke with XXXX. They ( XXXX XXXX charged me {$55.00} for an outstanding balance from a statement that they claimed was generated on XX/XX/XXXX. I asked the representative if the charge would be removed from collections and she confirmed that it would. I paid said amount in full, via their chat, and she provided me with a confirmation number. I then disputed the collection on my XXXX report and XXXX XXXX removed it, but I can only conclude that they sold off the debt to another third party ( IC System Inc ) because said party erroneously added an additional collection on my report on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$120.00} for XXXX So this creditor was not even attempting to charge the original amount and XXXX failed to update the account information, which was paid in full.

Debtors creditor ( XXXX ) did not verify this collection. Also, there was NO written form of communication, contract, or written signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without a written signature does not validate the debt ad anybody can send a bill and say its mines. According to the FCRA, I C SYSTEMS has violated my rights as a consumer and I'm requesting legal action to remove this account immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I had an account with XXXX that was closed in XX/XX/2019 because the service didn't work. I returned all equipment that I could return and then COVID took place so the bill for the service was left outstanding. Recently, I spoke to IC System who sent a letter and disputed the amount owed and advised that they need to verify the debt. A few days later they placed the debt on my credit report. I paid the amount owed for service which was {$330.00} and they are refusing to update the balance they are reporting on my credit report of {$770.00}. I called and spoke to XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX est, who stated they will not update the credit report or remove the collection until the balance is paid or I settle for an additional {$160.00}. I also asked him to verify the debit and look into the dispute I placed about not owing the full balance they are reporting. XXXX said they are not going to make any changes or updates until I process payment for more money even if I don't owe the balance. When I asked to speak to a manager he was refusing to place one on the phone until I said I will take legal action against them. He then transferred me to XXXX XXXX who was extremely disrespectful because I corrected him on how to pronounce my name correctly and because I asked him the name of the previous representative. XXXX then stated that he was not going to talk to me and proceeded to disconnect the call before I could state my case. They are illegally trying to collect on a debt that is not owed, reporting incorrect information to the credit bureaus, and I do not owe IC Systems any money as I have never signed any agreement with them so they should not be reporting anything to my credit reports.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I filed a complaint about the actions of I C system and the fact that they communicated with a relative of mine in regards a debt that they are trying to collect. I also complained that as data furnishers they failed to provide the CRAs with 100 per cent accurate information which was listed on my credit file. These are violations of my rights as a consumer and are very injurious to my financial health. I C System sent me a letter ( see attached ) stating that as a result of my dispute they will cease all communications as well as any collection activity. They did not cease collections. In fact the very letter in which they stated they would cease collections had a request for payment and they are also still reporting this debt to the CRAs. Its my understanding that credit reporting is an attempt to collect a debt or at lease to coerce consumers to pay debt. I C Systems has not kept their word as to their debt collection and continues to violate my rights.

Consumer Complaint: I had XXXX and when covid first hit we were no longer working so I disconnected my service to get the free service for low income since I was on public assistance because it was the height of the pandemic where thousands were dying a day there was no way to return equipment every the was closed and the rep that closed my account said there is nothing that can be done and that my account balance would be XXXX. Since then I've had 4 different collection agencies including the most recent that put the XXXX back on my credit reports each time it has been put on I dispute it the XXXX agencies remove it and then it passes to a new collection agencies it feels like a scam and the current one XXXX XXXX XXXX never contacted me no notice or phone calls nothing at all and less than six weeks ago it was a different collection agency I spoke with them exploit the situation and she claimed to dispute it on her end I never heard anything else from XX/XX/21 when we spoke and when I checked my credit since I was planning on moving I see that it bas now changed hands again and its this agency now I can't even move my credit is ruined and they have been doing this to me through I the entire pandemic even when I contracted XXXX and felt like I was XXXX I had to stop and dispute this while shivering with XXXX XXXX I would really like this to stop please make these people stop doing this too me my life was destroyed by contracting XXXX losing my job and now my credit is completely ruined because I never owe anyone no matter what I was going through financially I even took loans out that I'm still paying back now to survive and make sure I pay all my bills on time

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX, I reported my XXXX XXXX as stolen. The phone was placed on a seasonal hold. I bought the phone for {$310.00} refurbished from XXXX XXXX. I had been a customer over 20 years. XXXX corporate edited the bill and closed the case. Unfortunately, on several occasions, XXXX opened the line for the unauthorized user and billed me. They wanted to charge me a {$250.00} deductible to replace the phone prior to corporate overriding their billing after the lines were opened more than once. Were supposed to give a access code, but they continued to bill me for the thefts usage. I called the phone on XXXX and a young lady would answer stating that someone sold her the phone. Lastly, they tried up charges of {$190.00} and Id had enough, so I reached out to corporate escalations. I was told Id receive a call back. I waited a week, and had been paying them on autopay. No call backs were initiated, so I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and ported my line over to them because my contract had ended with XXXX years ago! In XXXX, XXXX, I became XXXX & XXXX customer. XXXX asked that I returned the main line XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX after I ported my line over to XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I sent the tracking # and receipt to XXXX for dispute via the first collection misrepresentation on my account. There collection was removed from my account in XX/XX/XXXX only to be reapplied for the same false collection claim that was removed and resubmitted XX/XX/XXXX by IC Systems collections. Stating that my account was 30 days late for {$1100.00}. My bill was paid in full XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, my account was closed properly, and they received the XXXX XXXX XXXX back in perfect shape. However, they kept billing for the stolen phone and the last bill before I left XXXX in XXXX was XXXX, now its over {$1100.00} and my account was closed. The theft of the XXXX XXXX is still a working number on my account by their own discretion. Im no longer a customer and XXXX breached their insurance contract, my report of a stolen phone, and closing the account. Theyre back with a new collection agency and causing undue stress on me, I strongly believe its because they sold out to XXXX and theyre not aware or could care less about XXXX charades. I had them removed from all 3 credit bureaus because I turned in proof that Im not a customer after over 20 + years of numerous refunds and edits to my accounts and unauthorized use and multiple errors. I feel its unfair that they can hire multiple collections agencies for a fraudulent claim that has been deleted for the same false charges.

This is a third-party agency buying debts and ruining consumers ' credits. This debt can prevent me from getting a job. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), you are required by federal law to verify - through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract - any and all accounts you post on a credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account
