I did not receive a response within 30 days ( Post Marked XX/XX/2021 ). XX/XX/2021 I sent a default letter to IC systems. The letter was received by their office XX/XX/XXXX via certified mail. I have not received a response with the 7 days indicated on the XX/XX/XXXX, letter ( Post Marked XX/XX/2021 ). IC Systems continues to report false and erroneous information to the three major credit bureaus while choosing to refuse validation of the alleged debt.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I.C SYSTEM, INC Debt Collector Company that Reported on my Credit claiming that I owe them {$360.00}. They have never given me any service or my Creditor and I did not give them permission to report on my Credit Report. I disputed it Through XXXX on XX/XX/2021, on XX/XX/2021 they said the account has been verified as accurate. I.C SYSTEM, INC ( debt collector ) is not apart of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( creditor ), just because you receives an assignment or transfer of a alleged debt does not make them a Creditor according under 15 USC 1692a. When the Debt is Being Disputed under 15 USC 1692g ( 4 ), verification of the debt or a copy of a judgment against the consumer and a copy of such verification or judgment will be mailed to the consumer by the debt collector. XXXX did not show the Verification and I.C. SYSTEM, INC has not mailed the Verification. It's said that the Creditor Bureau 's doesn't follow or know the FEDERAL Debt Collection Practice Act 15 USC 1692

This company was notified several times and still continues reporting fraudulent debt. Once I filed this complaint the threatened to destroy my credit and began reporting the fraudulent debt every week. Pls see attached proof as a direct result my credit score has dropped 69 points.

Consumer Complaint: I called IC System Inc on XXXX 2021 and asked for a debt validation and verification letter about a collection that they put on my credit report this XX/XX/2021 acct # XXXX for the amount of {$580.00} which was a medical bill dated back on XX/XX/XXXX.she informed me that they didn't provide any such letter i just mentioned above and i had to talk to the original creditor which is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX i called them and they said it was out of their hand and the account was closed which lead me right back from where a started from didn't get any resolve or satisfaction to this matter .this medical bill is to old to be on my credit report and Georgia statue of limitation of 4 years already expired have tried to dispute this with several credit bureaus but IC system keep verifying this account as legit and correct when i know is not please help I need this collection report off my credit report

Consumer Complaint: A new collections account was placed on my credit this month by I.C. System, INC., which I had no knowledge of this account. The original collections agency account had a comment on my credit report saying it was from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and a comment stating that was apart of a natural disaster. I have never been effected by or apart of a natural disaster. I have attempted to dispute this dispute this twice. It remains updated as correct. I contacted the collection account and requested proof of this debt. They say this was a medical bill in my daughters name from 2017. I explained that my daughter had 2 different insurance companies that wouldve taken care of any remaining medical bills. They send me on a goose chase to try to contact the original creditors or the insurance companies. Im attaching photos to show she had a secondary insurance of XXXX that wouldve taken the remainder or any medical bill. XXXX should not be coming to me after 4 years. Ive never received a single bill from them nor any statement for anything. This is fraudulent. I will also show the pictures of them claiming this was something with a natural disaster which is also a fraudulent claim.

Consumer Complaint: This account is involved in litigation for fraudulent practices according to my FCRA rights. I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt v. Gravens ( Mo ) 281 SW 715, 719, I may presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact exists. Note that the collector has to stop all collection activities until it can provide all the evidence. Under the FDCPA Section 809, Validation of debts [ 15 USC 1692g ] I have the right to verify any alleged debt on my credit report and if the alleged debt is being disputed, the debt collector shall cease.
