Consumer Complaint: I've been disputing fraud accounts on my credit report since XX/XX/2020. I keep sending multiple sets of letters to the bureaus and the creditors so the excuse of " we didn't get it '' doesn't happen. Furthermore, each letter is certified mail with tracking and each letter shows signed and delivered and yet the bureaus are still not taking any actions. The accounts are not showing in dispute nor are they removed from my report. The accounts always show up with different name variations and different account number variations and yet the bureaus seem to ignore the trend and let these fraud accounts affect my credit score. I have requested the investigation to be initiated and also verifiable proof to be submitted should the account claim to be mine. Not only have I not received any mail showing the verifiable proofs needed to justify the accounts to be on my report, I haven't even received any letters at all stating the investigations have begun. Per the FCRA and federal law, the process is supposed to be 30 days. 250 days later, I'm still here shelling out money for certified mail with no end in sight and no results to show. This is my last option before I take this up with my lawyers and sue for full compensations and damages incurred. Finally, it seems that when these complaints are submitted, the bureaus are using the excuse that they " can't confirm my identity '' to get away with taking no actions on my credit report. Please investigate this as well.

Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft. I received a copy of my credit report and found a collection account opened in my name that does not belong to me. The collection account is I C Systems and the original creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never had any accounts with XXXX or authorized any accounts to be opened in my name. This account is a result of fraud. I have previously submitted a copy of the police report and the FTC report to the CFPB and to all three of the major credit bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: Per XXXX contract and attached documents, as instructed we returned our phone equipment in the trackable mailer provided by the company. Attached proof tracking confirms they received it. they did not credit our account but rather shipped our account to a collection agency called I.c Systems who states they received the deb to collect from XXXX and they can not discuss anything with us other than payment in full. Several attempts to discuss with the original company but they refuse to discuss receipt of their equpment as shown in the attached tracking document. This false debt is now listed on my credit report. Furhtermore despite the young age of the report, immediately after I filed a complaint with Transunion, I.c Systems reported the debt as " charged off '' and will now not engage. The company is I.c. Systems. I.c. Systems is the collection agency for XXXX. I.c. Systems is reporting {$1000.00}. Each piece of equipment returned was promised as a XXXX.credit toward our end bill = XXXX total credit. If credited I would owe XXXX not the credit company amount of XXXX. The debt reported is incorrect. My credit score is being dmaged from this inaccurate collection activity / report AND I dont even have the equipment I returned!

I also advised them that the account was likely not mine as it was my ex-spouses account that I would not have been responsible for and had transferred my service to a new service provider.
