Consumer Complaint: This morning ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I got a notification from XXXX that a new collection was added to my credit report on XXXX. Since I am trying to prevent any new collections to my credit and trying to fix them before they get to this point, I went to this right away. The collection showed up as I.C. System, Inc XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX MN ) for an amount of {$100.00}. No other information showed up for the business I owed the amount to, date of services, or anything. I didn't recognize anything and knew I had never received any documentation from I.C. System for any collection activity. I looked them up right away on XXXX and contacted them to see what they could provide in terms of who I may have owed, when they would have sent me any information about it, etc. I called XXXX this morning ( XX/XX/XXXX at exactly XXXX XXXX central time ) and spoke to someone who asked my name a few times and where I was located then put me on hold and transferred me without telling me why. I was then transferred to XXXX who again asked me the same questions and then told me she could not find any account for me. I asked if they would be removing this account from my credit report since there was no information on me and she said she couldn't do that. The incorrect information will be staying on my credit report even though it is not my account. I am assuming that it is just a matter of time before it is added onto the other 2 credit reporting agencies and lowers my score on those as well.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed this once and received a response from IC System stating this was to be removed from my credit entirely. After MULTIPLE attempts to fix this with XXXX XXXX XXXX, I have gotten no where with them to remove the tradeline entirely. See attached documentation - IC system responded to my complaint to remove it and I have the letter from IC system stating this is to be removed completely. XXXX XXXX XXXX have not removed this tradeline and absolutely will not accept or help me with the provided documentation. This was not my debt. This never should have been on my credit.

Consumer Complaint: I.C systems is trying to collect debt of {$900.00} from me for a medical bill they claim I owe. I previously wrote a letter demanding that they comply with the fair debt collection practice act and fair credit reporting had this removed from the credit report and it continuously get placed back on my reports. I am requesting validation, made pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Please note that I am requesting validation ; that is competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have ( or ever had ) some contractual obligation to pay you. They are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act by claiming I owe money and they have no document bearing my signature wherein I allegedly authorized these charges. They are reporting this fraudulent claim to the credit bureaus as a valid debt, yet they are unable to validate the debt.

Consumer Complaint: I have discovered a debt on my Credit Report, reported by IC Systems Inc. I have disputed it, and it has come back as a valid debt. I have tried to call the company 12 times over he last week to resolve/pay/and get information on this debt, and I can not get a hold of the company. Every number I've tried, an answering service answers and hangs up on me, or they say they are not open, ( I called at XXXX on a Monday, and they are open during that time ). I do not believe this is fair reporting if I can not reach the company to resolve the issue on my credit report. I have exhausted all other options to get a hold of this company. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: I was never notified of this debt, per 15 USC 1692 I was to be notified within 5 days. Per 15 USC 1692gf, unfair practices. No information given regarding debt. FTC Report filed and other reports filed. Unknown debt over 3 months now and no information given. Not sure who this company is and how I even owe them or ever entered into contract. Since you have not supplied the demanded proof of the alleged debt, under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, I may presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact exists.

Consumer Complaint: I was a customer of XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in 2018. In XXXX of 2018, my account information was changed without my permission. I notified XXXX XXXX XXXX immediately but they were unable to verify my identity over the phone because someone accessed my account without permission and changed my address, phone number and other info. I had to show identification at a store to get assistance. I requested a passcode be placed on my account to prevent my information from being accessed without my permission, however, that did stop the numerous changes made to my account without my permission. I cancelled my service, paid my final bill and returned all equipment. XXXX XXXX XXXX has sold my account to numerous collection agencies even though I have provided copies of paid in full receipts to them.
