Consumer Complaint: They did not send me any initial communication alerting me of this debt. Please be advised, I dispute the validity of the alleged debt in its entirety. Further I request verification of the alleged debt, including, ( 1 ) the name and address of the original creditor, ( 2 ) copy of the oral or written request or application for the alleged account, ( 3 ) copy of a signed contract or signed agreement with the alleged original creditor, and ( 4 ) previous 12 months of statements of account. They are illegally attempting to collect an alleged debt and money that I do not owe. As per the law, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, cease and desist all collection activity, including all credit reporting activity. Promptly request deletion of any prior credit reporting to credit reporting agencies.

I moved out of an apartment in XXXX, IN in XX/XX/XXXX with a debt of {$150.00} to XXXX XXXX. IC System purchased the debt and violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act by re-aging the debt. On my credit report, they listed the date opened as XX/XX/XXXX, more than 3 years after the date I moved out.

Consumer Complaint: This complaint is regarding account information below that has not been investigated and no information given. Its been over 2 months with no information given to me regarding these accounts. I have no knowledge of these companies and they shouldnt be reporting as I never gave permission for the reporting per Section 1681a -I sent correspondence to the Credit Bureaus regarding this. I was never notified in writing per 15 U.S.C 1692ag prior to accounts being on my credit report, within 5 days. Moreover, these accounts violate debt collections, abusive and unfair practices per section 1692f ( 1 ) adding additional amounts.

Consumer Complaint: Since I saw this complaint from XXXX/XXXX I started sending communications to them soliciting the removal of the adverse information. I request them to provide with original documentation or details about the amount showed as a debit. They never provide with that info. Later another company appears collecting the same debit for {$560.00}. I did return all of the equipment 's to the cable company. Regardless that fact. cable company still collecting those equipment 's after a couple of years of being returned. I did contact IC Systems as well, and every time I contacted them, they just said " verified '' and change the dates of account opened to the date I've contacted them. I have contacted them over 10 times with negative results. I would like to have an auditing company or someone from upper levels to take this into consideration. I would like to see original documents where shows amounts owed " according to them ''. I feel abused for this company IC Systems and completely ignored in my requests.

Consumer Complaint: I've been disputing fraud accounts on my credit report since XX/XX/2020. I keep sending multiple sets of letters to the bureaus and the creditors so the excuse of " we didn't get it '' doesn't happen. Furthermore, each letter is certified mail with tracking and each letter shows signed and delivered and yet the bureaus are still not taking any actions. The accounts are not showing in dispute nor are they removed from my report. The accounts always show up with different name variations and different account number variations and yet the bureaus seem to ignore the trend and let these fraud accounts affect my credit score. I have requested the investigation to be initiated and also verifiable proof to be submitted should the account claim to be mine. Not only have I not received any mail showing the verifiable proofs needed to justify the accounts to be on my report, I haven't even received any letters at all stating the investigations have begun. Per the FCRA and federal law, the process is supposed to be 30 days. 160 days later, I'm still here shelling out money for certified mail with no end in sight and no results to show. This is my last option before I take this up with my lawyers and sue for full compensations and damages incurred. Finally, it seems that when these complaints are submitted, the bureaus are using the excuse that they " can't confirm my identity '' to get away with taking no actions on my credit report. Please investigate this as well.

Further more, this account can not be 100 % accurate as there are open dates they have listed on my credit report varies between the 3 bureaus. How can one account be opened on different days? Consumer Complaint: The motorcycle accident took place XX/XX/2019. The only level 1 trauma center close was XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. XXXX XXXX is in my insurance network and my fiance called to confirm that our stay there was covered. My insurance company told her that because the accident resulted in life threatening injuries that any and all treatment inside of the hospital regardless of the provider on call would be covered. The XXXX XXXX billing department billed as they normally would and the insurance company declined to pay certain bills as a result of the bill coding. We spoke with the insurance company and as long as XXXX XXXX changed the billing codes and resubmitted everything the insurance company would then pay. This was about 22-23 months ago and to date there has been no resolve to the past due medical bills. My attorneys office as well as my fiance were unable to get responses from XXXX XXXX regarding these and they have been left unpaid as a result. Thanks again for everything.
