Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I was notified by my credit monitoring system that IC Systems placed a collection on my credit report with XXXX. I immediately called and spoke with their representative XXXX XXXX on the same day. XXXX XXXX informed me the account was in reference to XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX. I informed XXXX XXXX that not only have I not received any communication about this debt prior to this account being placed on my account but I was in fact disputing the account as I did not owe XXXX any debt. XXXX XXXX informed me that communication was sent to an address that I have not lived at in over ten years and in a different state, and to an email address I have not used as well. This information was further confirmed by XXXX XXXX XXXX who acted as her manager during the call. I notified them verbally as well as written that they are in violation and have to report something to my credit without communicating with me. I verbally requested the account be disputed and removed for cause and they told me it would not even though they did not follow correct procedures. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and fair debt collection practices Act they are required by law to communicate the matter to me prior to placing an item on my credit. The recorded conversation clearly states it was not communicated. I want this account immediately removed from my credit report. This action is fraud and I will take action per federal and state laws including Violation of the fair debt Collections Practices XXXX and defamation of Character. A case will be initiated through the CFPB.

Consumer Complaint: There has been a collection of {$770.00} on my credit report since XX/XX/XXXX from I C System. I have disputed this collection several times, only to get the results that it can not be removed because it is verified to be mine by I C System. The last dispute number I did on XXXX is # XXXX. On today, XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted I C System at phone number XXXX and was connected with an agent by the name of Ms. XXXX XXXX, badge number XXXX, to try to see what the collection was on my account. She stated that she could not locate the account with my name, phone number, or address. I asked if she could contact a supervisor to aid her with finding the account. Ms. XXXX XXXX, badge number XXXX, was the supervisor on call. Ms. XXXX searched for my account as well. They both looked at every person who has my name in XXXX and were not able to find the account that they are reporting. The last time that I C System reported to the credit bureaus ( XXXX and XXXX XXXX was Sunday, XX/XX/XXXX. After being on the phone for 44 minutes, the agent and supervisor could not verify any account in their system connected to me. I am filing a complaint because I asked the supervisor, Ms. XXXX if she could send out a letter verifying my association to this account and debt, she said that she could not do that because she does not see an account/ debt linked to my name, phone number, or address.

Consumer Complaint: IC System a collection agency which apparently has a history of false, wrong collections with strong-arm tactics, contacted me by letter a few months ago claiming I must pay a debt of {$500.00} from XXXX of 2020 ( a year ago, in other words ) for XXXX XXXX, which is not me, not my name. My name is XXXX XXXX. XXXX lives at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX , Florida XXXX, about XXXX miles from me. I live in XXXX XXXX, CA. I wrote back to IC Systems telling them they are wrong in contacting me as I am not XXXX XXXX nor do I know anything about her debt, and to stop bothering me or I would take additional steps to get relief. Yesterday I got a sdecond letter from IC System saying they got my letter and will honor my request not to contact me again, BUT I STILL OWE THEM {$500.00} FOR the debt to XXXX, apparently a TV cable service company atXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX TX XXXX. I will upload a copy of the bill for {$500.00} enclosed in the second letter from IC System which has XXXX name + address as well as XXXX XXXX 's name and address + phone and her account number : XXXX. IC System has meanwhile ruined my credit rating by filing a collection action with the 3 big credit reporting agencies -- see my attached notice from XXXX XXXX, notifying me of their damaging action and false collection effort on XX/XX/XXXX, months after my letter explaining they were wrong in pursuing me, the wrong person, in their collection efforts. So they have demonstrated BAD FAITH by ignoring my facts and pursuing harmful action against me.
