Consumer Complaint: I have been on a journey of striving to rebuild my credit and I requested my credit report. There is where I found the debt for XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. I reached out to them because I have never been treated at the hospital or used ambulatory services for the hospital in question or ridden the ambulance. When I called to question the company about the debt they made it very clear that this debt was not made by me nor did I sign anything to be treated in there facilities. They said someone else could have given them my information such as, my child or family member and when I did not respond to a letter sent to an address that I havent resided in over a decade. The debt became mine. This is absolutely against the law. Please help!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I C System, Inc. added a derogatory mark on my credit report per XXXX XXXX. Upon, further research, this account was transferred/sold and I am no longer responsible for the account. Debtor 's creditor did not verify their collection. Consumer Complaint: I received a notice from .IC. Systems, Inc. stating the XXXX XXXX - XXXX had turned over my account for collection ( # XXXX ). However, I do not have an account with that XXXX so I called them ( XXXX ) and asked for the Fraud Dept. The person I spoke to said that they did not have a Fraud Dept., but should fill out a form on their website. When I went there, one of the first things it asked for was my SSN, Therefore, I left the website and went to the IC System to see what they had. There was a form to fill out for them ( that looked similar to the XXXX XXXX ), asking for my SSN near the beginning. I did not look any further on either form, and decided to contact you instead. They state that I owe {$240.00} ( Principal due : {$190.00} and Collection Charge of {$48.00} ). The address of the IC System is : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, MN XXXX. Their Toll-free # is XXXX. Their " Pay Online '' is XXXX Thank you for any help you can provide in stopping them from trying to scam other senior citizens.

Consumer Complaint: I closed a broadband account with XXXX when I moved. Their customer service rep did not tell me to return a depreciated modem. They then charged me for the purported value of the equipment. When I contested, they pointed to a clause in their contract to return items, but nothing in the contract explains how to return an item. ( Also keep in mind this was XXXX 2020, when COVID disrupted even traditional practices. ) They ( 1 ) did not ask for the modem to be returned or ( 2 ) explain how to return it. To cover their ineptitude, they have put this bill for a debt that I do not own in debt collection over the past year, through multiple debt collectors. I had informed them that the next collector would lead to a CFPB complaint. They are even now offering a 24 % discounthow kind. Only 76 % on the hook for their incompetence. They are repeatedly trying to use debt collection harassment to get a consumer to cover their own mismanaged operations.
