Consumer Complaint: I am the victim of identity thief. My data was stolen from XXXX and XXXX during their data breach. I have experienced incident ID theft in several forms over the past years. I received notification for XXXX there is a debt collection mark on my credit report from I.C. SYSTEM, INC. I do not owe them or anyone any thing. This is fraud. They been put on notice years ago. They are marking my account again.

Consumer Complaint: on XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted I.C.Systems collection agency to inquire why are they continuing to update my credit bureau account that I owe a collection bill {$500.00} when they have been notified by XXXX XXXX XXXX that I dont owe this debt. I disputed this debt twice with the credit bureau and the second dispute, I included a copy of the email from the Office of the President of XXXX XXXX XXXX to confirm I didnt owe the debt. The supervisor from XXXX said on XX/XX/XXXX, eventhough I included a copy of the email from Ms. XXXX XXXX, Office of the President of XXXX XXXX XXXX, I.C. Systems refused to acknowledge it and said the collections is reported as accurate information on my credit bureau report. I called Ms. XXXX but voicemail acknowledge she is currently on maternity leave and to call customer service with no forwarding number. I researched the internet to find a number to call XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX wireless service. They confirmed my balance is {$0.00} and that the information with I.C. Systems should not be reporting. I asked I.C. Systems to call XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was told they are no longer in charge of the debt. I advise well how will they know I dont owe this. I even advised I was on the phone when Ms. XXXX called their company to informed them I am not responsible for this debt. The supervisor from I.C. Systems said the conversation never took place and there is no notes or documents to confirm my statement.
