This collection agency has not proved this account is mine. If they are saying it is verified then where's my proof? What methods are you using to verify?

I contacted the provider when the account went into collections and then contacted IC system to resolve the matter and provided information but was told nothing could be done. This collection is affecting me financially as it is the only negative derogatory marks on my credit report and is impacting the possibility of me obtaining any type of loads at a rate that would be considered average.

According to I c system Inc., XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MN XXXX ( collection agency ), I am have been delinquent on an XXXX XXXX XXXX account for {$1100.00}. This appears to be the same collection letter that has been sold form on e collection agency to another. I was a victim of Identity theft a few years back and this collection keeps repeating itself with different collection agencies. I have never ever had an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX in my life. how could this be my debt? Please help me resolve this ridiculous practice. It's very stressful when your credit is disrupted. My credit record reflects that I have outstanding credit rating and always paid on time even with high dollar accounts. I need this fraudulent claim removed from my file. But I can not get XXXX XXXX to tell me how much they owe as a matter of fact the amount had just changed at the beginning of XXXX. I called for 3 days straight I called eight different representatives two of them being management and the two management ladies actually argued with each other they said one was wrong the other said the other is wrong you know they went back and forth like that then the other six agents told me different amounts that I owe and every time I contact XXXX they give me a new amount I have no idea how much I owe them and they have been allowed to drag my credit down twice I see systems has because the first time they did it they put just some off the wall amount that XXXX told them The second time XXXX updated here at the beginning of XXXX and IC systems put the new updated amount and they were able to drag my credit down again through XXXX so that's twice they've got to do that I think they need to be removed

Consumer Complaint: In early 2020, I was informed of this debt from IC systems representing XXXX XXXX XXXX when I was in the process of buying a home. The debt did not belong to me so I followed protocol and procedures and sent them my Information and filled out their fraud packet. I also contacted XXXX and provided a police report and it removed within a few days as well as flagged as fraud from the collection company. This morning it was submitted on my credit report but for a different amount. I contacted them right away and was apologized to regarding it severely affecting my credit report and that it would be removed. I also contacted XXXX and they requested for me to fill this form out so they can block this company from being submitted to my account again.

I have not received written communication regarding the debt. I have not received telephone communication regarding the debt. I just happened to check my credit reports and noticed the derogatory information being reported. I have not had an AEP, or any Utility account for that matter, in my name in over 7 years. They are reporting a debt in the amount of {$120.00} from XX/XX/2021. This account is being reported in error and has seriously damaged my credit scores and report ratings.
