Consumer Complaint: XXXX has previously reported to XXXX through 2 other debt collectors, a {$590.00} debt that they claim I owe. As a customer of XXXX I called their customer service multiple times complaining about my cable and Internet frequently being out of service. Being a visiting nurse, having Internet access so that I can document and get paid was detrimental to my job in livelihood. After multiple attempts with my requesting assistance or remedy, I was treated rudely I XXXX even my bill was not adjusted. After continued unavailable access to the Internet and then ability to do my job, I was forced to go with a different provider. When I canceled XXXX tried to charge me {$590.00} fee, for canceling services yet they were not providing me with the service that I needed and or paid for. I successfully disputed their claim of this debt with XXXX debt XXXX twice before with XXXX, and successfully won my dispute and it was removed from my credit at that time. I.C. systems recently called and threatened to damage my credit and to continue to report to the credit bureaus every 90 days the {$590.00} debt. I.C Systems reported to XXXX and XXXX again last week and again refused to resolve the matter when I called them, with continued threats of harassment by reporting me to the credit bureaus. XXXX did not recognize the XXXX debt collector as being a previously disputed debt that was removed previously when I was reported on XX/XX/2021, and it is now being reported on my credit report with a 34 point drop in my score. I contacted XXXX again today regarding this issue and they said that they would be opening my dispute again and connecting this debt collector with the previously disputed XXXX debt. Debt collector such as IC systems should not be allowed to continue to harass people like myself, and Im requesting that they be investigated.

Consumer Complaint: I transferred my cell phone service away from XXXX ( XXXX ). Upon transferring all three of the lines on my account, I was unable to access my online account. I was set up for paperless billing, in which the only way to access bills is through the online account. Since I was unable to access the online account due to no longer having active service, I expected that I would receive a final bill from XXXX. I never received a final bill and suddenly a collection was on my credit reports. I contacted XXXX several times requesting a final bill be mailed to me. They promised me each time that it would be sent, but I have yet to receive the bill and I have no way to verify what charges are being billed to me and why.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX and i served VIA CERTIFIED MAIL AN AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH stating facts of 6 FEDERAL VIOLATIONS committed against me by IC System, along with a exhibits page pointing out the violations against me ( the Consumer ) under 15 Usc 1692, a Cease And Desist Letter and DEMANDING MY REMEDY AS PURSUANT 15 USC 1692c ( c ) ( 2 ) to notify the consumer that the debt collector or creditor may invoke specified remedies which are ordinarily invoked by such debt collector or creditor ; Im Demanding for IC SYSTEM TO PAY THE ATTACHED INVOICE FOR VIOLATING MY FEDERAL RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER, XXXX OUT THE ACCOUT AND DELETION FROM ALL CONSUMER REPORTS IMMEDIATELY. IC SYSTEM received this documents NOTARIZED AND COMPLETE ON XX/XX/XXXX AT XXXX XXXX and i will ATTACHED THEM TO THIS COMPLAINT AGAIN. Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. I provided proof that this company was falsely representing itself as a creditor which was a deceptive practice and in violation of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. And where is the proof of payment history of this account? The Credit Bureau chose not to investigate and chose to continue reporting fraudulent practices. That is unethical and damaging as a law-abiding consumer. REMOVE THIS COLLECTION ACCOUNT COMPLETELY FROM MY CREDIT REPORT.
