Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 over 60 days ago I mailed a letter to this debt collector that showed on my consumer report and this company has VIOLATED ME MULTIPLE times under the FDCPA, no consent to having unauthorized use of my information or social security number is identity theft. I have tried to resolve this matter by mailing in the necessary paperwork but my request are being ignored. This debt collector has violated me under 15 USC 1692g by not validating the alleged debt as the natural consumer ONLY I can validate any debt and several other violations against me and my character. I demand this alleged debt and any of my information that was fraudulently obtained be deleted.

Consumer Complaint: The company has continuously called not identifying themselves as debt collectors or an attempt to collect their debt. They received no answer no one says anything when they call and they use the robocall to update credit records as if they spoke to someone. They should not be able to update credit records saying that they spoke to someone for example they have a declared natural disaster written on my credit record no one spoke to me I never declared any natural disaster. This company is making false representations on my credit record updating it monthly is not two or three times a month they didn't buy the debt two or three times a month they have no right to update it to three times a month they've never spoken with me I don't owe this debt and they have been predatory in their attempts to collect the debt that is not old. In this form I'm only allowed to choose one auction at a time but there are many more options if I could choose more than one that I would fill in for them. When I asked for verification and validation of debt in 2019 I received no reply.

Consumer Complaint: I initially contacted XXXX on XX/XX/2021 via written communication concerning an item listed in collection for the amount of {$210.00} published on my report by I C Systems. I disputed the item as " questionable '' as I have no idea as to why this is listed on my report. At the time of initial dispute " Affected by natural disaster '' was reflected in the comments. Prior to obtaining a copy of my credit report I had no communication verbal, written or otherwise with the collection agency nor have I recently been affected by a natural disaster. The result of that dispute was that the item was " verified '' and the " Affected by natural disaster '' comment was removed. I subsequently submitted a dispute for method of verification on XX/XX/2021. I asked specifically for ALL correspondence and conclusive documentation of my ownership of alleged debt. The response I received on XX/XX/2021 was a general response as to how XXXX conducts its investigations. It is my belief that this item in fact has not been verified and they have failed to comply with my request to properly investigate and delete from my report. To date, I have not received any form of response from I C Systems as result of this indirect communication. The item in question is still published to my credit report and the collection agency continued to report while in dispute.

Consumer Complaint: I did not give I C System Permissible purpose pursuant to 15 USC 1681c ( b ). I the consumer XXXX XXXX XXXX is the consumer pursuant to 15 USC 1692a ( 3 ) The term consumer means any natural person obligated or allegedly obligated to pay any debt. By furnishing this false information you have violated my consumer right pursuant to 15 usc 1692b ( 3 ). Also pursuant to 15 USC 1692c ( a ) you not allowed to contact me the consumer unless permission from the courts. Pursuant to 15 USC 1692c ( c ) cease and desist all communication through all mediums. Pursuant to 15 USC 1692d. Pursuant to 15 USC 1692e ( 2 ) ( A ) the false representation of the character amount of any debt. Pursuant to 15 usc 1692f ( 1 ) the collection of any amount of debt unless such amount is expressly authorized by the agreement creating the debt. I am not obligated to pay any debt pursuant to 18 USC 8. Also in violation of 15 USC 1692e ( 11 ) and 1692e ( 10 ). I C System has reported 3 alleged accounts on my consumer report without my permission. Even if I didn't answer to there notice. pursuant to 16 usc 1692g ( c ) failure of a consumer to dispute the validity of a debt may not be constructed by any court as an admission of liability by the consumer. So if you have to have a judge to give you permissible purpose to furnish my consumer report why are you reporting this alleged debt on my consumer report Pursuant to 15 USC 1692j. This is called breaking the law. Pursuant to 15 USC 1692k I C SYSTEM is civil liable for damages for each violation up to {$1000.00} each.
