Consumer Complaint: AS OF MY XX/XX/2022 COMPLAINT, I got a notification about my credit report. INCOMPLETE ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR IC SYSTEM- XXXX INCOMPLETE ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR XXXX XXXX XXXX- XXXX In the documents uploaded below you will see XX/XX/2022 updated credit report. One from XXXX XXXX and the other from XXXX. I have still not heard from either company. However XXXX sent me an email stating that the company has verified the accounts with them and they are accurate. In my letter to XXXX I requested to be notified by mail as I had done for them, not to be replied to on a service website. 1. There are still dates that are conflicting. 2. They have not given ME verification 3. They have not provided me the procedure in which they have investigated it and who did the investigating. At this point, I have been denied jobs, I had to have my credit report run just so that I can be my fathers over-seer ( POA ) for the VA. They have given a certain amount of time to get this situation rectified or they may dismiss me to look over him. This is very troubling because I know for a fact I NEVER SIGNED OR EVEN UNDERSTAND THESE ACCOUNTS. They are not complying with the federal laws that I stated in the last complaint. This is troubling due to the fact my father served 24 years in the military and Im the only one that is taking care of him and I am facing loosing my responsibility that was given to me because of these two companies. I have attempted to apply for two things of which of course I was denied, in hopes to build my credit. I am desperately pleading for your help, as I attempt to just maintain my life and well being of my father. In detail : as of XX/XX/2022 IC System still reporting : ( XXXX and XXXX ) - XXXX XXXX -incomplete account number -DATE OPENED is conflicting -LAST REPORTED DATE is conflicting -DATE LAST ACTIVE is conflicting *Conflicting information between the two credit monitoring companies reported XXXX XXXX XXXX reporting : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX Incomplete account number DATE OPENED is conflicting LAST REPORTED is conflicting DATE LAST ACTIVE is conflicting XXXX - ( report from XXXX ) -Status Date conflicting -Account Type - Open Account -Balance Updated Date conflicting -Payment status conflicting XXXX - ( report from XXXX ) -Balance Updated Date not reported -Status Date conflicting and not a complete date -Payment Status conflicting XXXX ( report from XXXX ) -Status Date conflicting -Balance Updated Date conflicting -Terms reported not valid -Payment Status conflicting *The address for XXXX XXXX XXXX was not the correct one when I went to send my certified mail. I realized that at the bottom where the address for the company is, one address was different then the other ( the one I wrote was wrong ), and one of the posted company names is spelled with a " S '' on the end and with a different address. How can trust this company to validate my information when their Information is not consistent for their own company.

Consumer Complaint: I received a collection letter from IC collections, regarding a debt from XXXX XXXX for unreturned equipment in XXXX. XXXX sent me a letter stating my balance was zero and the charges were reversed. Not to mention this debt was XXXX in XXXX XXXX in XXXX,, they reported it to collections on XXXX after requesting proof of the debt and myself not receiving said proof. I called direct and they basically reversed the charges for the equipment and subsiquently opened a new account with the same balance for the equipment. I didn't authorize nor request any new accounts. I advised both companies of the multiple violations they were committing and got nobody that could speak English enough to understand, or lacked the cognitive ability to. I'm intending pursuing further legal action for damages under the Fair credit reporting act.

Consumer Complaint: I spoke with this company back in XXXX, I told them to send me proof that I owe this company. pursuant 15 USC 1692c ( b ) I never gave the company written permission to communicate with me concerning alleged debt. I.C. systems has placed this account on my credit report without notifying me about the proof of alleged debt, and have disregarded what the proof of alleged debt that I asked for. When they contacted me by phone at my work place. I.C.SYSTEMS continues to run my credit report without my permission, they have stolen my identity and they are selling securities using my name which is fraud under 18 usc 1348 selling securities and commodities. This XXXX company is in bankruptcy and I am still a customer with this company. I am aware of the certificate of indebtedness which XXXX and i.c systems uses assets on the trading market also they filed a 1099 c with the irs for all debts. yet failed to provide me with that 1099 c copy. I expect i.c.systems to be removed from all three of the credit reports immediately, and I also expect for XXXX to stop stealing my information and giving it to these companies because I know that they are in bankruptcy and it is illegal what they are doing. I am still a customer with this company. I have paid a deposit to be with the company BACK IN XXXX and now with the second attempt to collect a debt that I do not owe they steal my information to make money by selling my securities. My name is copyrighted and I do not appreciate them stealing from me. I will be contacting the sec. exchange and comptroller because this is out of hand. I am also aware that all debts are a obligation of the united states and that both companies have already been paid.

Consumer Complaint: I have been contacted consistently from I.C. System, INC about a debt i don't even remember. This debt does not seem familiar and i explained to them that i am going through alot right now and these daily calls to me are inappropriate. It feels like harrassment. I have blocked the number called from company on XX/XX/22 and a call came in from another number from same company. With all the scamming going on these calls are not necessary. They have made threats to damage my credit at which on XX/XX/22 my credit score dropped XXXX points due to this company.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I pulled my consumer report and noticed that I.C SYSTEM, INC is furnishing negative information to the consumer reporting agencies. I am aware that as a consumer I have the RIGHT for my information to not be displayed. I also did not give permission for I.C SYSTEM INC to furnish any information on my reports. Also the timing of these payments reported are inaccurate and should not be displayed as past due or in collections. This is a direct violation under 15. U. S. Code 1666b. Please be advised that my consumer should be equitable to me at all times. I would like for I. C. SYSTEM, INC to cease all communication regarding this alleged debt. A Cease and desist letter is attached to this report. I also am exercising my rights refusing to pay this alleged debt that was parked on my consumer report.
