Consumer Complaint: ON XX/XX/22 ASKED AGENT TO VERIFY WHAT BUISNESS THEY WERE AND HOW I OWED THEM MONEY WHEN I NEVER DONE BUISNESS WITH THEM. AGENT WOULD NOT EXPLAIN HER COMPANIES REASON FOR CONTINUALLY REPORTING THAT I WAS DELIQUENT ON PAYMENTS THAT I NEVER SET WITH THEM. SHE CONTINUED TO WANT ME TO TELL HER MY SOCIAL SECRUITY NUMBER. THIS IS A 2ND OR 3RD PARTY DEBT COLLECTOR OF A DEBT OLDER THAN 5 YEARS. I HAVE NEVER SET PAYMENTS WITH THEM AND OTHER THAN ABOVE DATE NEVER SPOKE WITH THEM. THEY CONTINUE EVERY 3 MONTHS TO REPORT TO MY CREDIT REPORT THAT I HAVE LATE PAYMENTS. PLEASE STOP THEM FROM REPORTING ON MY CREDIT WHEN I DON'T HAVE BUISNESS WITH THEM.

I am entitled to the information in 15 usc 1692g in order validate the debt. Please provide the five pieces of information below. 15 U.S. Code 1692g - Validation of debts ( a ) Notice of debt ; contents Within five days after the initial communication with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt, a debt collector shall, unless the following information is contained in the initial communication or the consumer has paid the debt, send the consumer a written notice containing ( 1 ) the amount of the debt ; ( 2 ) the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed ; ( 3 ) a statement that unless the consumer, within thirty days after receipt of the notice, disputes the validity of the debt, or any portion thereof, the debt will be assumed to be valid by the debt collector ; ( 4 ) a statement that if the consumer notifies the debt collector in writing within the thirty-day period that the debt, or any portion thereof, is disputed, the debt collector will obtain verification of the debt or a copy of a judgment against the consumer and a copy of such verification or judgment will be mailed to the consumer by the debt collector ; and ( 5 ) a statement that, upon the consumers written request within the thirty-day period, the debt collector will provide the consumer with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor. Upon, Further research, this account was transferred/sold and i am no longer responsible for the account. This creditor did not verify this collection. Also, there was No written form of communication, contract, or signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without a signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say its mines. According to the FCRA ( I.C. System Inc ) has violated my rights as a consumer and i am requestion legal actions to remove this account immediately

Consumer Complaint: I have contacted XXXX System/XXXX XXXX several times to inform them this debt does not belong to me to which they state they will update their information and stop sending me letters but they repeatedly do so in an attempt to illegally collect another individuals debt and in direct violation of the fair debt collection and credit act. I would like to pursue further action to stop their illegitimate harassment and collection efforts by any means available to me. First step is to publish this formal complaint. I have copies of all letters sent with dates and times of phone calls made.
