Consumer Complaint: IC Systems is reporting different information to two credit bureaus. I have attached the violations so you can see. This inaccurate information is causing me great stress. It is their responsibility to report information that is 100 % accurate and verifiable. They have various violations causing me to believe they have no regard to the credit laws that protect us. I was denied a refinance loan recently. Items like this make my life stressful. I have to put in long hours to fix what they should already know. Its abuse of power.

I do not know this company. I have never done business with this company. This company does not have a contract with my signature on it. Consumer Complaint: I noticed a decrease in my XXXX credit score on XX/XX/XXXX. It stated that I owed IC Systems {$100.00}. There was very little information about the debt and I was not even aware of owing anyone. I pay my bills on time. I disputed this debt through XXXX and it was removed the next day. Then the same debt popped up on my XXXX XXXX report on XX/XX/XXXX. I filed another dispute but this time the company stated the debt is accurate. I tried to file a dispute on ICSystems website but I need an account number. However, that was never provided because I was never notified directly that the debt even existed. I do not believe it is mine.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from I C System stating that I owe a XXXX bill 7years ago. I received the letter 2 weeks ago. I reached out the XXXX and the company said they didn't have an account under my name. I told the representative I did owe a bill and that a collection agency reached out to me and it was paid in XXXX.I called my bank hoping they can track the payment but they only go back as far as 6 years. Being that XXXX collection was not on my credit report, the company was paid. I C System didn't give me 30 days to rectify the problem with the account that was issued to me. This company posted this account to my credit report. I would like to see the original bill of {$680.00} stating I owe. I called and spoke to the I C System operator she stated if I paid another collection agency they didn't close my account out. I would definitely like to see the original bill saying I owe this amount since its going through so many agencies. Thank you for your help in advance.

Consumer Complaint: XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX was my electric utility in my old house, due to divorce the house was being foreclosed on before the foreclosure i moved and relinquished the house to the bank. I moved and 1 1/2 hours away and placed a change of address. My bill was paid in full at the time that i moved and closed the account. The bank owned the property as of XX/XX/2017 and i never received anything from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX at my new address showing any bill otherwise i would have contacted them back in 2017 now a collection agency has posted a collection on my credit report that is not mine.

Consumer Complaint: I recently obtained a copy of my credit report and noticed that there is information reported inaccurately. I disputed these items : XXXX XXXX XXXX, IC System inc, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2022 I mailed out dispute letters to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX stating all 3 of those items were incorrect and if not verified item needs to be deleted and removed. It has been XXXX days and I have not yet received any feed back from all the companies. I need all items to now be deleted and removed. I have been denied credit cards ( to help build my credit score ) a loan program for a home for my children and me. This inaccurate credit report has impacted my life negatively. Consumer Complaint: I XXXX XXXX am a person, non-adverse, non-belligerent, non- combatant party and executer with full life. I am in possession of my credit reports with your voluntary submission of alleged account in question. As you keep reporting the alleged account verified and accurate. I herby dispute this alleged account in its entirety and request the removal of it from my consumer report. This letter also constitutes as a cease and desist, for you IC Systems Collections to stop all attempts at collecting this alleged debt owed to you. This letter is addressing XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and you the direct data furnisher of this subterfuge. IC Systems Collections must herein provide a true and certified original copy of the complete audit trail under penalties of perjury of said account, pursuant to 15 USC 1692g of FDCPA. Furthermore in order for IC Systems Collections to validate this debt, please provide verification through audit certification of debt entry in accordance with G.A.A.P, IFRS, in accordance with BASEL3 and U.N.C.I.T.R.A.L. Conventions. I will also need a certified copy of the original contract with my wet ink signature between me and IC Systems Collections. Providing that IC Systems Collections is the holder in due course of the original debt contract and a certified original copy of your Tax Registration Certificate. I also request the following documentations listed bellow to be certified and sent with your response. Consumer Complaint: I have contacted all 3 credit bureau by certified mail two times with letters explaining all the information that is incorrect or that needs updating. I also requested verification of all accounts reporting debt. I also disputed online. I have sent certified letters directly to the collection agencies concerning inaccurate information and debt verification. I included with all a copy of a bill my drivers license and ss card. XXXX - XXXX NO RESPONSE AT ALL IC SYSTEMS - XXXX THEY HAVE SENT ME CLAIM OF PROOF OF DEBT. THIS IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH 15 U.S.C. 1692 ( a ) ( 1 ) - ( 5 ) UNDER THE NEW REGULATION F I did not receive verification with in 5 days of either attempt to the Reporting agencies on XXXX. XXXX, XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX & XXXX, XXXX. Or verification by the collection company with In 5 days of reciept on XX/XX/2022. It. does not include any information about consumer rights to disputes and even clearly states that it does not state any of those laws. No information about the CFPB, or consumer financial product or service. Information on how to dispute a debt electronically or the date the validation period expires.
