Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. I have a loan with GMFNANCIAL XXXX Balance $ XXXXThis was an illegal repossession followed by illegally reporting on my credit report ; this should have been investigated and corrected immediately. I tried contacting XXXX Credit Bureau requesting a complete payment history with this account for me to review the exact date on which the late payments and repossession were posted. Unfortunately, there was no successful resolution provided nor feedback heard from the concerned Bureau. There was definitely an error on their part. The bureau is condoning illegal behavior and willfully in violation of FCRA. PLEASE REMOVE FROM MY REPORT IMMEDIATELY.

Consumer Complaint: I have recently had an adverse reporting with my account with GM financial reporting. They have reported incorrectly with XXXX and i have already disputed once and they have not corrected it. Currently my account reports as not only " open '' but listed as a " charge off '' which it can only be one or the other. it is in fact a " charge off '' but NOT open. I have disputed and they did not update to reflect it correctly. I have yet again filed another dispute to see if we can get this resolved. Also, i had over a year ago tried to remit a payment and was told i could not do so at the time due to the status it was in. My car was confiscated by legal authorities and was in a specific status in which they would not accept my payment at that time. At no point after that conversation back in XXXX did they ever send me a letter or ask me again to remit payment. I have not received a phone call regarding asking me for payment either. Last time i spoke with them i was advised i was on the " do not call '' status because when i called them a month ago to correct the status they had placed me on being that the account was not listed correctly on my credit report they then put me on as my notes. I should have been contacted regarding the status on my account and to ask for payment and not blindsided with the adverse reporting in which is incorrectly reported to transunion. I will be remitting my payment in full so i can correct this and i do not believe it should be reporting as an open account when in fact if it is a charge off then it should be reported as " closed '' and " charged off '' not both. I ask that they provide the documentation that evidences they sent me documentation on the remaining balance as i have not received that and should have been provided with that as well. The account number with them starts with XXXX and my balance reporting owed is {$6000.00}

Consumer Complaint: I financed a car a few months ago ( about 5 months ) from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Within the last month the car started to make noises so I took it in, twice. The first place I was referred to, XXXX, said it needed oil and they could hear a ticking noise in the engine ( which I didnt hear after they placed oil in my car ) but it should go away after driving. Well later that night when I was driving the car started doing a clunking noise in the hood and than the engine light went on. It was a Saturday night so i had to wait until Monday to take it in, but this time I took it to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX where I got it from. Sunday I did not even start the car until I took it in on Monday. When I started the car on Monday it started to smell of burning plastic. But I needed to drive it to the dealership so they could look at it. They called me later that day stating they had to have it towed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX because they believe it could be under warranty. After it was towed I got a call the next day stating that it was something in my motor and the car was not drivable. XXXX was going to cover it and replace the motor but it will take 10 to 14 weeks! I asked about a loaner or somehow they could help me since I would be without a car for a few months, because my car is my job and they stated they could not. And I mean my car is literally my job! I travel around my city and with a car Im unable to transport. No a bus or an uber is out of the question. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX multiple times and they keep stating they are out of loaner cars and unable to assist me further. They tried to finance me a new car but it is not worth it, I traded my perfectly reliable car in for this XXXX XXXX that is now not even drivable! Now they said I could trade my XXXX in but I would not have a down payment or anything to trade in expect this new car that has so much owed still, so that means my carnote would be so much more. I dont find that fair, I bought a car from them that should be reliable and after only a few months the car is not undrivable and for sure not reliable. They were unable and unwilling to help me with any kind of loaner car or to replace my car without the extras. Ive called multiple times over the last 4 weeks about a loaner car and the answer is still the same unable to help with a loaner due to loaner cars being limited Ive even asked if they could find out when a loaner car would be available. They keep saying our hands are tied, there is nothing we can do but something needs to be done! Ive had this car about 5 months and Im paying on a car that I dont have in my possession and is not even drivable! My loan company ( GM financial ) stated they cant do anything for me because Ive only been paying on the loan for 3 months, I need at least 6 months of payments to defer 1 payment. They suggested me to surrender it, but why would I do that?! All I want is some help! All I ask for is a loaner car until my car is fixed. They are not even willing me find me a loaner from a rental company. I feel if your going to sell cars and you sell one with issues you should be willing to do everything is your power to assist that customer!

Consumer Complaint: As of XX/XX/2021 I have filed a complaint with GM Financial case number XXXX ( XXXX ) about a fraudulent contract that was received and accepted by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This puts me and GM Financial in a litigation process. Since then GM Financial has repossessed my vehicle violating me under the FDCPA 15 USC 1692e ( 4 ) The representation or implication that nonpayment of any debt will result in the arrest or imprisonment of any person or the seizure. FROM THE CODE I HAVE PROVIDED YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT EVEN IF I DONT PAY THE DEBT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REPOSSESS MY PROPERTY. They have hired an uninterested 3rd party by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX to repo my vehicle while in litigation. I need this information for the purpose of using exhibits while in court with GM. I also need this exhibit to help with amending XXXX XXXX XXXX to the case I asked them to provide me with the order for the repo all they gave me was the name of the Lien Holder which is GM. I have provided a Lien search Certificate from the Secretary of State of California and as you can see there is no Lien in my name. GM Financial and XXXX XXXX XXXX is committing fraud here. This isnt a duplicate complaint this is more information provided for the CFPB that the crime was in fact committed. I am demanding a response from GM on why they have repossessed my vehicle if federal states even if I dont pay they are not allowed to.
