Consumer Complaint: This is XXXX XXXX, who is submitting this CFPB complaint myself and to inform you that there is no third party involve in the process. I have a loan with GM FINANCIAL. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason, I realized that there were 30 days late payment on my credit report and I do not believe I was late on the dates they are reporting. This account should not be showing the current status of 30 days late ( XX/XX/XXXX ) since it's already been paid for. It seems impossible to accrue late on an account that has already been paid. Please investigate this illogical status. Consumer Complaint: XXXX vehicle was paid off, GMC Financial was contacted in XXXX because the lien release and title was not received, was told it was on the way, never received, I then called my county clerk to ask if they received a title release they confirmed they had not. I contacted GMC again in XXXX was told it would be resent again no docs were received. I then put the car in storage and did not get back tO this issue during the COVID pandemic, now tHe vehicle has been in an accident and insurance company has declared it a loss, on XX/XX/XXXX I reached out again to GMC they confirmed no monies were owed, I was to use the website get my title but was told my account could not be found I contacted GMC again, I was put on hold for over an hour, again told it would be processed and it would take XXXX days that was on XXXX contacted GMC again on XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX calls lasting over XXXX hours only to be disconnected, put on hold for an indefinite period I finally reached a customer service person Named XXXX, she says she has requested a copy of the XXXX XXXX, she connected me to her supervisor XXXX I left a message with no return call, I have not been given any cause for this issue and do not know what else to do to compel GMC to release my lien and provide title. I even offered to pay XXXX charges to have the documents sent to no avail.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. I have a loan with GM FINANCIAL. I have always made my payments on time yet there was a XXXXdays late state. Another thing, this was an illegal repossession followed by illegally reporting on my credit report ; this should have been investigated and corrected immediately. I tried contacting XXXX Credit Bureaus requesting a complete payment history with this account for me to review the exact date on which the late payments and repossession were posted. Unfortunately, there was no successful resolution provided nor feedback heard from the concerned Bureaus. There was definitely an error on their part. There was definitely an error on their part. The bureaus are condoning illegal behavior and willfully in violation of FCRA. PLEASE REMOVE FROM MY REPORT IMMEDIATELY.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a new XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX from XXXX XXXX in Texas. I added this new truck to my XXXX policy on XX/XX/2021 Confirmation # XXXX The agreed price and what came to sign are not the same. I have text messages, and emails going back and forth from the dealership stating that I did not agree with the prices. I have different copies of contracts with different amounts and I am not getting anywhere with XXXX XXXX. I have been working with GM Financial as well to find out why there are different prices, amounts and terms. This is now become a HUGE issues, as the truck as had major problems and was in the shop the first time 44 days. We got the truck back for 2 days when I realized there are more issues. The truck went back into the shop with major oil leaks. There is still issues with the truck. I am not able to make a decision about trading the truck off due to warranty issues, or lemon law based on the amount of pay off is not correct due to the contract. There is one contract stating XX/XX/2021, another dated inXX/XX/XXXX and another set a documents that were sent to XXXX XXXX county in XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX all with different prices, down payments and credits. I need to get this dealt with and remove the co-signer off my loan. I will upload all documents and I am sending in an email to GM Financial at the email given to me as XXXX today in hopes they can help me. They state that they will reach out to the dealership and go off by what the dealership shows. This lays the issue. I believe that the dealership has fraudulently changed the amounts, dates and terms.

Consumer Complaint: I have auto pay with GM Financial. I had the money taken out of my account, but they put the money back in my account. I had fraud done in my account and I had money taken out that was unjustified. GM told me that my payment was made on their site, so I never went to make the payment after. I then straightened out the fraud charges on my XXXX XXXX checking account, but GM Financial still gave me a late payment. Im not sure why I got the late payment and I was not notified that the payment didnt go through. I just want the late payment forgiven. I got autopay to avoid late payments. Im not sure why the site told me I paid when my payment was collected and then added back into my account. It seems like a computer problem on their part.
