Consumer Complaint: XXXX and Experian is reporting information that is inaccurate. I have an equitable interest in this account. Because this account generates interest monthly from the deposit of my security the balance can not be late as XXXX role would be to apply the interest to settle the balance and refund any overpayments to me immediately as the investor. XXXX has failed to do that which means they have failed to accurately access this account which I am going to notify the IRS of my findings. Experian is being furnished this information and lonely reporting it inaccurately even with my attempts to get the information updated. Since Experian is securitizing this consumer report they have to accurately account for the money received and since they have a financial history the investigation into their wrongdoing is biased as they stand to gain a profit.

Consumer Complaint: I have disputed this account with the CRA 's asking for validation of the debt and they have ignored my request and refused to validate the account as I requested, instead they are saying this account is being validated but not providing proof of validation. Please be advised that In accordance with the fair credit reporting Act this creditor has violated my rights under 15 USC 1681 section 6 0 2 states I have the rights to privacy ( 15 USC 1681 ( SECTION 6 0 4 A SECTION 2 ) it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions under 15 USCS 1666b a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. The law is very clear as to the Civil liability and the remedy available to me for negligent noncompliance ( Section 617 ) if you fail to comply with this Federal Law. I am a litigious consumer and fully intend on pursuing litigation in this matter to enforce my rights under the FCRA.
