Experian is a data furnisher which means they are paid to report information and are securitizing these reports to raise money for capital. Since this is an account I have equitable interest in this account and what is being reported. Experian is reporting this inaccurate information for profit even after providing evidence of my identity to prove it is inaccurate and should be immediately removed! Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX and EXPERIAN are reporting a account by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX per the FCRA and CFR as a federally protected consumer I am opting out of the utilization being reported for this account as a federally protected consumer I am opting out of any and all authorization I the consumer may have given these corporations to report the utilization for this account whether it be written unwritten verbal and non verbal per 2 CFR 910.364 - Reporting on utilization of subject inventions states unless otherwise instructed utilization can be reported to my consumer report I am now herby instructing XXXX EXPERIAN XXXX and XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX that I do not consent for utilization to be reported for this account related to XXXX XXXX XXXX on my consumer report 2 CFR 910.364 - Reporting on utilization of subject inventions also states the information supplied in a utilization report is privileged and confidential and that only the Government is allowed to be disclosed all the information included in a utilization report this includes all transaction history between I the consumer and XXXX XXXX XXXX. EXPERIAN XXXX and XXXX are not the Government they are credit agencies the utilization being reported is a violation of 2 CFR 910.364 - Reporting on utilization of subject inventions due to the fact XXXX XXXX XXXX disclosed the utilization report to non government agencies. This account is also being reported as charged off on my consumer report a charge off is considered a certificate of indebtedness which means it is income income is non public information and that non public information being reported on my report is a violation of my privacy rights under the privacy act of 1974. The account is also being reported inaccurately XXXX shows the date the account was last active as XX/XX/XXXX while EXPERIAN shows XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX shows XX/XX/XXXX this is a violation of 15usc 1681b reasonable procedures it is required by all consumer reporting agencies to report information which is fair and equitable to me the consumer in regards to accuracy and confidentiality. The reporting of this account is unfair and inequitable to I a federally protected consumer.

Consumer Complaint: I Ask them to verify and send over information regarding their verification. They just sent that the information was verified which I know it was not. It was an automated system that just sent out that they verified this false information. I have proof from the original creditor with all the original information and none of it matches what's on my credit report. I disputed the accounts stating that these accounts were incorrect and I gave them the option to either update this account on my credit file or remove them per the FCRA. They chose to verify incorrect information that does not match the original creditor information. I then informed them if you can not verify this information properly you must remove it. You can not just have an automated system shooting out that this information is verified and must stay on your report if you did not do a proper investigation. This is harming my credit score beyond comprehension and it is stopping me from getting fare rates for housing and transportation. I am a regular consumer and just would like companies to follow the law.
