Consumer Complaint: According to XXXX XXXX, since XX/XX/XXXX, a late payment with XXXX XXXX ( Creditor ), a financier for Byte, reported a late payment to the credit bureaus that are not accurate. The credit bureaus reported a late payment from XXXX XXXX that are not accurate. This resulted in XXXX points. XXXX were ordered from XXXX ( XXXX ) back in XX/XX/XXXX. Nothing was received and I followed up on XX/XX/XXXX, and there was no response from customer support whatsoever. I received an automated email that XXXX was undergoing a lawsuit between XXXX XXXX. I stopped payments due to a stop in treatment. After being followed up with by XX/XX/XXXX, approximately five months later, regarding my XXXX XXXX and finally being provided next steps in my treatment plan, I then paid the balance due, up-to-date, to XXXX XXXX. Therefore, the late payment reported is not accurate and needs to be removed. Since XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX removed a collection as a result of a dispute, but deducted XXXX points for a small increase in a closed account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX points and XXXX points for a small and yet inaccurate report is a very drastic drop and should be investigated on the competence and level of compromise in mishandling credit reports and the misuse of them by the credit bureaus, along with the measure in which they calculate such deductions.

Consumer Complaint: I wrote to request that items that are unknown to me be removed. I just learned about this law today. Per FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ), you have four business days to remove or prohibit any content or objects. This is something I already mentioned in my prior complaint, and I'm mentioning it here once more.
