Consumer Complaint: I am writing to address a matter of non-compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) Section 609 by Experian. I submitted a complaint to Experian regarding inaccuracies in my credit report, as per FCRA guidelines. According to the FCRA, Experian is legally obligated to respond within 30 days of submission. However, it has now been more than 30 days since my complaint was filed, and I have not received any response from Experian. As per FCRA rules, this failure to respond within the stipulated timeframe warrants the removal of the disputed negative items from my credit report. I kindly request that Experian address this issue promptly and take the necessary steps to rectify my credit report in accordance with FCRA regulations. Attached you will also find my ID, and Proof of Address with my most recent bill.

Subissue: Account information incorrect
Consumer Complaint: At the beginning of XXXX I did not receive my monthly statement from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. I called but was told to wait, that it was probably delayed in the post-XXXX backup at the Postal Service, etc. It still did not come. I complained again. Eventually I was given the balance information and we agreed that I would send payment right away AND that any fees or late charges would be reversed. I paid. My account was corrected. However, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX still reported me as late on payment the month of XX/XX/. For all the years before - and - the time since - I was NEVER LATE. The bank refuses to delete the XXXX month of late payment to credit reporting agencies. This is both very poor customer relations and is offensive to the public because the bank failed to mail me my statement. The problem was caused by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX 's own operations, NOT BY ME! I voluntarily contact the bank multiple times, but it still did not send the statement. I ACTED IN GOOD FAITH by paying without a statement to verify charges. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX HAS ACTED IN BAD FAITH throughout.

Consumer Complaint: The situation at hand is causing me considerable distress and affecting my sleep quality. I find it hard to come to terms with the issue. I urge you to rectify my account without delay. Historically, I've always been punctual with my payments, and it feels unjust to face repercussions for an error not of my doing. This has become a major source of anxiety for me, and I sincerely hope for a swift resolution.

Consumer Complaint: I sent a letter out XX/XX/2023 to Experian, XXXX and XXXX. Here are my certified mail return receipt tracking numbers. [ XXXX XXXX ], [ XXXX XXXX ], [ Experian-XXXX ] and I have attached a PDF with copies of the green certified mail return receipt card to this complaint. However, it's been more than 30 days and the credit bureaus failed to send my investigation back. This does not make any sense. I thought they were bound by the reference below to maintain the completeness or accuracy of any item on my credit report. 15 U.S. Code 1681i - Procedure in case of disputed accuracy. if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer reporting agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, the agency shall, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. In the letter I sent, the below accounts on my credit report were being disputed. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The above accounts should be permanently deleted from my credit report. I have since made multiple attempts through complaints with the CFPB at informing the credit bureaus of improper use of my credit report and that there is a Problem with a credit reporting company 's investigation into an existing problem. On more than one occasion the credit bureaus where I filed a complaint with the CFPB took significantly longer than 30 days to complete their own investigation. I have provided all dates and complaint numbers below as they would paint the picture of the credit bureaus having no regard for the laws they are governed by as you can see the data in the referenced complaints below. XXXX XXXX XXXX Experian-XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Experian-XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Experian- XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Experian- XXXX XXXX XXXX SINCE THEY HAVE ALREADY GONE PAST 30 DAYS ON THEIR RESPONSE TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES AS DOCUMENTED ABOVE... AND CONTINUE TO NOT REPORT ACCURATE INFORMATION, THEY NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS COMPLAINT WITHIN 24 HOURS WITH THEIR RESOLUTION OR DELETE THESE ITEMS FROM MY CREDIT REPORT.

Consumer Complaint: I am the primary consumer of the complaint and there is no third party involved. This complaint was not submitted in error. Don't close this complaint with a reason that I need to prove my identity because all necessary documents are all attached on the letters.
