Consumer Complaint: I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to address a matter of utmost importance regarding my credit report. Upon reviewing my credit report, I have identified several unauthorized accounts that have negatively impacted my creditworthiness. I strongly believe that these accounts are the result of identity theft and require immediate attention and resolution. I was the victim & I'm not sure why the CRA is not complying with the law. The other bureaus have followed suit. Im very confused why this one seems to ignore my requests. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX - XXXX and XXXX have already removed this account from their records. There was an error present & they were able to find it. I'm confused about how you've verified it while the other bureaus have removed it. Please delete this from my file. It is inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete, or unverifiable. I want to clarify that I have not initiated or authorized these accounts in any way. These accounts have been fraudulently opened without my consent or knowledge. I have also attached a copy of the Identity Theft Report filed with the FTC for your reference. I kindly request that you conduct a thorough investigation into the validity of these accounts and take the appropriate actions to remove them from my credit report as they are not the result of any legitimate transaction or credit application made by me. Confirmation that you have initiated an investigation into these accounts. Copies of all documents and evidence related to these accounts, including the application and any supporting documentation. A written statement confirming the removal of these accounts from my credit report upon the completion of your investigation. I understand that this is a serious matter, and I urge you to act promptly to rectify this situation. Failure to cooperate in resolving this matter may result in further legal action to protect my rights and creditworthiness.

Consumer Complaint: RE : Loan Number XXXX I contacted my mortgage lender, XXXX XXXX, in the month of XXXX requesting that they remove the XXXX time 30 day mortgage late listed on my credit report for XX/XX/2023. I had an automatic payment set up with XXXX XXXX for XXXX different mortgages. XXXX XXXX separated the mortgages and transferred the above referenced mortage for servicing with another Company ( XXXX Mortage Servicing ), and then XXXX XXXX cancelled my automatic payment. My payment apparently was to start at the new Company in XX/XX/2023. Here is my reason for this complaint : Since my new payment was supposed to start XX/XX/2023 with another company, XXXX Servicing, XXXX XXXX or XXXX should not have reported the 30 day late payment. The 60 day grace period allowed by XXXX after any mortgage transfer was not applied to my mortgage. I reached out to XXXX XXXX and XXXX and they failed to rectify this matter caused by no fault on my part.
