My name is or have never been the following : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX I have never live at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Experian is also reporting inaccurate accounts on my credit report - XXXX and XXXX XXXX ; I have reached out to these companies and they have not responded to me. I'm trying figure out why is Experian reporting inaccurate information. These 2 accounts are not mine. Not to mention there are 15 inquiries that are not mine. Which tells me that someone has been trying to open accounts in my name. XXXX is reporting a XXXX account that does not belong to me. Please assist me with get this matter resolved. I need your help because Experian and XXXX along with the companies are not responding. I shouldn't be made to suffer something that I have no idea about.

( Privacy Act 1974 ). Obligation policy states it is the policy of the Congress, that each financial institutions have affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of customers and protect the security and confidentiality of those customers non-public personal information ( FCRA, 15 U.S.C. 6801 ). Canceled debts states that a charge off is considered a certificate of indebtedness which means it is income that can not be reported to consumer reports ( IRS Publications 4681 ). Any person who willfully fails to comply with any requirement imposed with respect to any consumer, is liable to that consumer in an amount equal to the sum of any actual damages sustained by the consumer as a result of the failure of damages of not more than {$1000.00} ( FCRA, 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( n ) ( a ) ( 1a ) ). A non-affiliated third-party that receives from a financial institution shall not directly or through an affiliate of such receiving third-party, disclose such information to any other person that is a non-affiliate third-party, unless such disclosure would be lawful if made directly to such other person by the financial institution ( FCRA, 15 U.S.C. 6802 ( c ) ).

Consumer Complaint: I decided to check my credit report mid year of XXXX. I noticed an account from XXXX that did not look familiar. I searched XXXX and found it to be a furniture store. My main furniture was purchased from an auction in XXXX including my couches and dining room table. Anything else was purchased used. I tried calling my credit agencies asking about an address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX AZ XXXX as I have never lived here. Ive also never had any mail updated to this address and I do not know anyone that has ever been connected to this address. I was informed to call XXXX fraud dept through XXXX XXXX and received confirmation that my fraud packet was received on XX/XX/XXXX and to allow time for review. I provided ALL details including my police report and report # XXXX, Fraud victims with FTC # XXXX, and the Identity theft complaint and affidavit requested by XXXX signed and notarized, drivers license ect. I had not heard from XXXX as advised so I reached out to them on XX/XX/XXXX and they responded on XX/XX/XXXX explaining that they have sent me a denial letter on XX/XX/XXXX which I have not received explaining that the account that was opening in XXXX matched my signature on the documents provided by me, phone, email, and address. This is false. My email XXXX was created in XXXX. Ive lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX and still do now. My phone # has not changed but still would not be associated with this XXXX account unless XXXX chose to update my information from XXXX to now based on the background check of my name and demographics. I have asked XXXX to provide me with this so called proof that the information from this XXXX agreement matched the information from my back ground check and they informed me that they are only able to provide this information to the police. Before I submit a court complaint, I am requesting someone with minor education to review this account. I need to know all details associated including what was ordered with the {$5000.00} plus dollars used. Did someone pick up the merchandise? Was it delivered? Who signed for it? What was ordered?. If my dispute was declined I will need a lot more than what XXXX fraud department is choosing to provide to me.
